First try at pumping: LeLuv vs. Bathmate

Thanks BigDog. I appreciate the detailed response. It sounds like I can’t go wrong with the LeLuv based on your experience. It’s a little cheaper than LaPump so I was kind of leaning that way already. Thank you for taking the time to share your info.

I bought a LeLuv cylinder with the flared base, and I bought 18 inches of hose and a male connector, and then bought a brake bleeder pump from my local harbor freight store, and the entire set-up cost me in the ballpark of $70. It’s a rock solid set-up for relatively cheap.

I researched for several weeks on the right pump. Took advise from folks here etc. It came down to a bathmate or Leluv. Turn off of bathmate was no pressure gauge & not being able to select a cylinder that would accommodate my unit for the results I wanted. I wanted length & girth. As I learned I found that for length you want a tube that fits close to your existing girth so when pumping it extends you outward rather than round. For girth a tube with ample space for expansion. There is a size chart for selecting the right fit based on your wants. I went with the Leluv blue maxi plus. Has the gauge & I can switch out tubes as I desire. I have a 2” tube I use for girth which gets me insanely plump. I also have a 1.75” tube which is used for length. While I pack the sides of the tube it does get me pretty thick but the length is a good full inch & a half more in the 1.75” tube versus the 2”. Toss on a nice fitting c ring after pumping & the results last for hours for myself. I’m very pleased with my Leluv & won’t own another pump. My wife agrees with this as well.
