First Ever Gains!!

Wow I am stoked. I have been around PE for a while and have done my fair share of exercises. The problem was that I never maintained enough consistency. Part of the reason was that I was never really felt much confidence with all the different manual exercises. I am a big-time grower and so even after a heavy jelq session, my dick wouldn’t really remain fat and plump - instead it would turtle right back up again. Obviously, it never really felt like I was making much progress. I have this gut feeling that I am a hard-gainer.

I gave vacuum hanging/ADS a legitimate shot, but found that it was just too time-consuming. It also never really felt all that healthy to me.

So this month I embarked on my pumping journey. For the past 2 weeks, I have been ultra consistent. I pump for about 2 sessions, each lasting 15 to 20 minutes at about 4-5 HG’s. While pumping, I have an electric heat pad wrapped around the cylinder. In between the pumping set, I mix in some pretty intense clamping exercises. I do some erect bends, lots of uli’s, horse 440’s, and also lots of jelqing (all with the clamp on). The total session lasts for about 1 hour to 1.5 hours. As you can imagine, it is a fairly intense session, but I haven’t had any negative PI’s or anything. I usually cool down with a warm rice-sock and then try to keep the dick wrapped up to prevent turtling. I do these sessions about 2 days on and 1 day off. Even on my day off though, I tend to do some light pumping.

I was aiming for girth with this strategy, but I have discovered some pleasant length gains. Before this routine, I was barely barely 6 inches. The tip of my dick, fully hard, would be right at the edge of the 6 inch barrier on the ruler. Today, I measured while fully hard and the tip of my dick easily cleared the 6 inch mark! It reached about 6 plus 1/4 inches. I couldn’t believe it at first - I measured again, and again, and again. Sure enough, no doubt about it. I was well past the 6 inch mark.

I haven’t measured girth gains yet, but I feel like there has been a bit of improvement on that front as well. And it’s only been about 2 weeks. I am definately becoming a huge fan of pumping.

Oh well thats it guys - just wanted to share a bit of my little success story. Hopefully this can be some kind of encouragement for others.

Thanks guys - it definately does feel good. The best thing about it is that I know gains are actually possible. It’s one thing to read about them on this board, but it’s another thing to have them happen to you.

As far as my pump, I ordered a the deluxe package from Lapdist. I have been pleased with it so far.

Sorry if you guys hear this all the time, but are pumping gains only temp? or is this a topic thats up in the air (perm. vs. temp.)?

I think it’s the same with every PE exercise, consistency = a greater chance for permanent gains.

Started 5.5 x 4.5 erect Length and Girth Goal 7 x 6.5 erect Length and Girth

Currently 5.9 x 5.5 erect Length,Girth and going !

Good job Bro. Just be careful not to go harder for “better” or faster gains too quickly — all that will do will set you back. Stick with what you’re doing, realize consistency and even take a day off from time to time.

Good for you dude.Pumping rules I have been at it for about 1.5 weeks now I usually pump up to about 13 hg and this swells my dick big time . I do two sets of ten and I clamp with two clamps between pumping sets which keeps my erection and results in further girth gains during my routine. If this routine does not work for girth noting will. Good luck!
