Finally I got my Bathmate! My idea...

Yeah, finally I got it!

Well, I´ve never use any kind of pump, so when I used it for the first time it was quite an experience!

I bought it two days ago and I used it yesterday and today just to see how would it feel like. I know the instructions are to use it for about 15 to 20 min each time. However, and since I intend to start slow, I just used it for about 5 min. Besides, the Bathmate pump doesn´t allow us to know what pressure are we making, so I simply did 3 pumps against my pelvis. Maybe it´s because I´m not used to vacuum pumping, but I found it a little uncomfortable such pressure.

So, my idea is to do:

- First week - Pressure (2 or 3 pumps), 5 min, 5 days on 2 off;
- Second week - Pressure (2 or 3 pumps), 10 min, 5 days on 2 off;
- Third week - Pressure (2 or 3 pumps), 15 min, 5 days on 2 off;

From fourth week on, I´ll try to increase slowly the pressure, and the time to 20 min, respecting the 5 on 2 off routine. Giving rest to the penis is essential in my opinion.

So, what you think about my routine?

I think it’s pretty sound. I feel like manual exercises should be the basis of any program, so you should warm up, stretch, and then do 100 jelqs. But other than that, you’re off to a good start.

I have a slight downward curve and when I use the Bathmate, I can feel the stretch in the tissue where the bend is more than the rest of the penis. I just make sure not to over pump with too much pressure as this tissue does not seem quite as flexible and I don’t want to increase any scar tissue that may be there. I have noticed thus far that there is less and less of a stretch in that area when pumping and that it’s getting a little straighter. I tried hanging before and could also feel a stretch in the less flexible tissue, but more from a downward force, which felt good against a downward curve.

Been doing the session for about 5 to 10 min. I can´t take 15 min, yet!

One thing I notice is, after the session, my penis looks thicker (mostly until the middle of the shaft, and not that much longer). That is, it seems that somehow the “immediate gains” seem to go to girth and not that much to lenght.

So, am I doing something wrong, or is this normal to happen? And about the fact the penis getting really thicker from the base to about 1”-1.5” behind the glans, and not that much in those 1”-1,5”, is it normal too?

Yep. Totally normal. Pumps will increase your length too, but I definitely consider it a more “girth-centric” form of PE. As far as your penis expanding unevenly, I think that is probably normal too. I don’t imagine everyone will get the expansion or lack of expansion in the same places. I get big expansion at the base, some moderate expansion in the middle/near base ares, and then big expansion at the last 4 inches or so. Eventually I will pack the tube, and remaining pumped and resting against the cylinder walls where I’m biggest will allow the narrower areas to catch up. You can always do jelqs or bends to target specific areas of your penis. I would just keep pumping for now. Are you doing any warm up and stretching and jelqs before you pump?

No. I simply let the warm water relax my scrotum and then start the Bathmate session. Should I do stretches or jelq before?

I would suggest warming up for as long as you can find time for, up to twenty minutes. Try for at least five. Yes, I would then stretch thirty seconds each way, up down, left, right, and then finally straight out. do two circuits like that. And then get semi erect and do fifty to a hundred jelqs. Try to go into the Bathmate with a 60 to 80 percent erection. These exercises and extra warming up should allow the tissue to stretch a bit further. As with any increase in your routine, be mindful of how it feels, you don’t want to go overboard. My guess is with the extra warm up and manual exercises, you will notice improvement in length, girth, or both by your third “new and improved” workout. Let us know how it works out.

Hey Fabio - glad to see some other ppl picking up the BM! I just ordered one and its set to arrive later this week I think! Can’t wait to try it out.

I’m about 6” NBP and looking to get up to the 8 inch mark in the next year n a half - 2 yrs… Hoping the BM can contribute and keep me well proportioned by giving me some nice girth gains as well (currently at 5.6” mid shaft girth - would like to get close to 6.5”)

Just wait until you start pumping for long periods at full pressure! My dick is super thick (for me) when I pull out of the tube.

As for warming up yeeeeees definitely warm up the more the better.

My routine lately goes something like this I take a shower while filling the bathtub I keep a plastic cup in there and try to keep my dick submerged as best I can while washing shampooing ect. By the time I’m done the bath is ready (I have a seperate tub). Oh yeah before I get in the shower I set my laptop on a counter where I can see the screen but not get zapped, in one tab I have pandora open for music in the other I have online-stopwatch. Com so when I get in the tub I start the stop watch and started stretching my already somewhat warmed up penis.

I do this for 5 minutes, after five of stretching I start to pump slowly I would say it takes maybe 3-4 minutes before I can’t pump and more water out, if it ever starts to hurt I release the pressure and just start over, I stay pumped until the stopwatch has hit 20 which is 15 minutes of pump because of the warm up. I release the pressure and repump trying to get a good solid pump.

I finish the last 5 release the pressure get out of the tub and jelq for 15 minutes I like jelqing after because my dick is SUPER warmed up and fat so when I jelq right after it get even fatter. I feel like I’m getting really great expansion this way. My theory is that after my pump my dick is at it’s fattest even fatter then when erect so when I jelq it’s expanding an already expanded penis creating the best expansion!

At first when I was using the BM in the shower it was hard to hit 20 minutes it’s just got boring and not relaxing at all standing and everything. The tub has really help with all that, just listen to music,relax, zone out all while your dick is getting bigger bigger. Ok I’m done that was a super long response but I hope it helps
