One theory is that as you continue to pump, your post-pump size lasts longer and longer. Exactly how long it lasts varies from man to man.

As to whether pumping will give more skin even if not wanted, I think it depends on how you pump. I think that if you pump to the point where you get ‘donuts’ regularly, you will tend to develop more skin than if you pump more moderately.
