Female connector and Male connector

Hi, I have question about female connector and male connector.

Do you think boston pump and la pump and vac-tech have the same female and male connector like same sizes?

I know they do. The connectors are common.

Three

There is only one company that has an oddball size and I believe that is Mustang.

No I don’t have a Mustang.

I have lapdist, pumptoys and picturebright and 7 years of talking to guys with all brands and telling them how to buy inexpensive common connectors from McMaster where one size fits all.

So what exactly is your problem?

How many times do I have to tell you that all of the major pump manufacturers use the same size connectors.

Are pump cylinders standard wherever you buy them?

In other words

If I bought the LApump—and cylinder, could I buy another brand’s cylinder, and my LApump fit the connection for that brand’s cylinder?

Would the LApump-itself, fit a bostonpump cylinder?

I plan to buy Mustang pump and 2 cylinders, should I be concerned? That is, would I be able to attach pump like Mityvac to Mustang cylinders?

I just don’t know for sure. If you already have pumping equipment, you should be able to swap connectors around to make it work.
