Entire package Pumping Balls and Penis --- Best Options?

I am very interested in full package pumping, as my testicles shrank quite a bit in my early 20’s from several years of steroid use. I am hoping one of you has a good suggestion on an affordable device for doing this. If you know of an easy, “home-made” version, I would be happy to hear about that as well. Worst case scenario, if I do have to spend a couple hundred bucks, I may just do that.

OK I went ahead and pulled the trigger on that. Didnt want to go through the hassle of the Sun Tea Jar though it looks like it would eventually be superior.

This is my first time using this forum. I have recently gotten a Prince Albert piercing as well as a hafada on the very bottom of my testicles. I was recently into pumping. I know I need to wait 6 to 8 weeks to let the piercings heal. Does anyone have experiences to share about pumping with piercings. I do not want to injure myself. Thanks in advance for any feedback.
