Does anyone who’s been blessed with gains ever ejaculate during PE. I always find myself too excited to continue whether it’s pumping or jelqing. Is this why I’m a slow gainer? I’ve put hours into PE and have minimal girth gains and virtually no erect length gains. I’ve been stretching & jelqing for over a year. Prior to that, I had been pumping for at least 8 months.
Tools: Penimaster, Max-Extender, Power Jelq, Kaplan electric pump with three cylinders.

Most vets, no matter what methods they use, conclude that ejaculation does not slow gains unless you blow your load too early in your session, before your finish your routine.

After you ejaculate, the normal physical response is to lose interest in stimulation, to rest, or do something else. So much for that PE session.

If you are not getting your full PE time in, avoid ejaculating until you are finished your workout. You are the one in control of when you get off. If you find you are getting too close, back off, do the work, cum later.

If I understand you, as long as I’ve completed my mission in the workout than it’s ok to ejaculate and it won’t hinder potential gains. On the other hand, if I give in to temptation and blow a load without accomplishing my reps or time, than its a waste of time. With that said, do you think I would increase potential gains by not ejaculating at all after a session?

Yes, don’t cut short your work time.

Try that for a month or so. At the least you’ll keep your post-workout fattness for longer and that will be encouraging to you.

I’m not suggesting you become celebate, regress. Jerk off, have sex whenever you want; just hold off cumming until you get all your work done.

I agree. Don’t cut short your session by ejaculating. Your continued interest and sensitivity will only aid in reaching you goals. I would recommend edging vice ejaculating. There are some good threads out there that describe edging and some of the benefits. Overall, the jury is still out whether ejaculating pre, during or post PEing effects your gains.

These guys know what they’re talking about. I’m back to a heavy two hour minimum routine of stretching. If I ejaculate, it cuts the session short. At least finish your session, give it your all, then ejaculate.

And Avocet’s advice makes a lot of sense. Try to stretch your routines without ejaculation to several days or more. I think you’ll see better results.

I think you somehow have to strike a balance between popping and giving PE your all.

Hi, horse;

I don’t think it will matter how often anybody ejaculates, but the timing of it may matter. It really helped to keep me on my PE schedule to save ejaculation for later in the day or the next day. Assuming one has finished the PE work I doubt very much there is any gain delay in getting off. But if you postpone that, you will keep your post-pump engorgement (once that sets in) for longer in the day and that heavy flaccid hang sort of ramps your enthusiasm for PE in general.

I think I’ve read all the threads about the ejaculation question. Some of the biggests gainers here blow a load pretty much whenever they feel like it. Looks to me like it comes down to a matter of choice. IF you’ve got your work done. :-)

So you are saying that you get the urge to ejaculate during a heavy stretching routine? How do you get that worked up while flaccid?

Not only does it cut your workout short and reduces your motivation, but it doesn’t help your overall self control.
I don’t have the control of a porn star but I think the day to day discipline of holding off ejaculation helps.

I usually finish an intense routine with a good solid erection massage and will not release. It keeps the after workout engourgment intact. I can last a couple weeks without ejaculating, and frankly I prefer not to, it usually just brings me down mentally. If I don’t cum I’m left in a kind of wired state of mind, that euphoria just before you reach threashold, which I like.

I use this part of my workout to excersize my self-control. Someday if I ever have sex again it might come in useful.
