Dynamic pumping resource and discussion.

Was someone able to gain length with dynamic pumping?

I’m thinking about testing it, but I don’t want to waste time which I could spend with other exercises.

Some thoughts anyone ?

Sep. 2016: NBPEL 16cm, BPEL 18 cm, BPFSL 19 cm, EG 15,5 cm

December 2016: NBPEL 17 cm, BPEL 19 cm, BPFSL 20,5 , EG 15,5 cm

This sounds like what I am doing with my homemade pump. I pump up to a comfortable pressure, then give it a good steady tug for maybe 15-20 seconds at 12, 3, 6 and 9 o’clock. Seems like the best way to get a good base stretch. I realize this does increase pressure but keep an eye on things and back off at any signs of discomfort.

Is packing the tube necessary for dynamic pumping? To gain length.

I’ve achieved a .5 increase in BPEL in about 6 weeks using a dynamic pump routine with a manual pump:

2 cycles - 10.5 min ea - 15 sec at 3, 15 sec at 7, 30 sec at 12, repeat, last 30 sec at 15.

I set pressures based on starting at BPEL (graduated cylinder) 3, start of stretch feeling 7, just below pain feeling 12, last pressure increasing until I saw no more expansion in the tube. Kept pressure constant, measured growth with the scale on the cylinder. (adhesive sewing scale)

This is in hot water (shower).

I preconditioned with Gprent’s incremental pump routine starting at 3 and going to 7 max for about a month before trying this.

Modified my routine somewhat to eliminate all edema, I am circumcised so I tended to get some edema between head and circ scar. What I found was that for me, even 5 min at 10inhg would create a small donut (fat lip) that went away in about 20 min by wrapping. That’s still more than desired, so with experimentation, ended up with this new routine.

I determined pressure limits as:

1. First limit was to stop at a good “tug” feeling, which starts at about 7 for me and progressively gets higher as the session continues.
2. Somewhat arbitrary stop at 10, nervous to spend much time higher than that.
3. Second limit was to stop when expansion under negative pressure stops as a “push” or perhaps maximum pull would be better said (12 for me).

I don’t think there’s any point to pump past the point where my unit stops expanding in the tube. I have two brake bleeders, different makers, so pressure is verified.

Routine:
Enter semi-erect (50ish%, maybe less), hot water (as hot as I can take) in cylinder.
First 15 min cycle - 15 sec pump slowly until I feel a tug or hit max of 10inhg (hit 10 after about 7 min), hold for 30 sec, full release to 0 for 15 sec, repeat.
Second 15 min cycle - 15 sec pump slowly to 10, hold 15 sec, pump quickly to 12, hold 15 sec, full release to 0, repeat.
Final 5 min - same cycle as above but with ice water for 5 min total time.

Result has been .5 gain in length as previously reported, .5 in girth, no edema or other negatives. EQ is through the roof, frequent hard night wood (enough to wake me at times) and the Mrs. Is very pleased with the new girth. Thanks to Gprent’s incremental routine, I’ve only had one donut ever (on an air pump test) and only mild edema when working this routine out. No red spots, no loss of EQ or sensitivity, in fact both have significantly increased. The Mrs. Set a new quickie record earlier this week tickling my frenulum - not sure how long (wasn’t watching the clock) but my response was very quick and highly intense, surprising us both. Nearly shot myself in the eye (she was aiming, of course).

Just spotted your post, excellent results.
Seems like a few people recently have made progress using a more dynamic pumping method, keep it up.

Jxx - thanks for your post!

I’ve been an advocate of short-cycle (dynamic) pumping for years. One of the challenges is the effort involved with a manual brake bleeder pump. You might want to check out the threads here on Thunder’s about electric pumps.

It’s really not that bad in terms of manual pumping, I’m not shooting for sub second inflation or 2-3 second duration. 10-12 pumps to get to 10 (or tight pull) within 15 sec is pretty easy, pumping from 10-12 takes just a couple more, at least with my rig.

I’m doing this in stealth mode to see if the Mrs. Really sees a difference without any bias, so I’m a bit restricted in my approach - in terms of session time and equipment. I think the electric pumps that can be pre-programmed certainly sound very convenient.

My next experiment will be to do the same routine without water to see the difference. An early, very short test I did with air pump at low pressure gave me much more edema, so I’m curious if that was a fluke or if some of the discussion about air vs. Water pumping theory plays out, at least in my case.

is any commercial dynamic pump avaiable to buy actually?

Starting 15/02/14 NBP 16,5 EG 12 Today BP 20 NBP 17,5 EG 12,7 Goal NBP 19,5 EG 14,5 DREAM NBP22EG15

The point of the QS7 was that it had incredibly fast vacuum cycling rates, so that it may cycle vacuum 100’s of times in a second. There was a program that created a pumped erection, and it stimulated and maintained an erection.

The point of that program was not to orgasm, but to train a larger erection penis size. Do any of the other programmable pumps have a program and can cycle vacuum fast enough to maintain a stimulated erection in the tube?
