I’m changing my routine from jelqing and stretching to exclusively pumping. I’ve been doing PE for several years and started pumping about 3 months ago and am encouraged by the results so far. Unlike stretching and jelqing, I am finding that pumping doesn’t cause reduced PIs after 2 or 3 consecutive days and so I’m wondering if I can get away with a more intensive schedule with pumping.

I am currently doing 3 15-minute sets at 4-5 Hg on a (more or less) 3-on, 1-off schedule. Is this a sensible routine to follow? Should I still jelq and/or stretch?

I’d recommend you continue to stretch and jelq. After a while you may see how you tolerate 6hg. Are you using a constant heat source?

I took a week off pumping recently and pumped last night, and my erections kept waking me up.


Began December 2009 at 5 7/8" length and 5" girth.

As of December 5th 2012 7 3/8" BPEL and 6 1/8" base girth.

Titleist, I am only applying a hot washcloth between 15-minute pumping sets. I probably ought to consider getting a heating pad or something to provide heat while in the tube. I’ll follow your recommendation regarding stretching and jelqing but perhaps with a slightly reduced duration from what I’ve done in the past.

Fifteen minutes seems like the maximum amount of time I can stay in the tube without incurring some edema. Is it fair to assume that edema is not a desirable effect?
