Dr. Joel Kaplan has a program that calls for a “1st” expansion cylinder and and “2nd” expansion cylinder.

The 1st cylinder is usually 1 and 3/4 ” - 2”.

The 2nd cylinder is 3” and above.

The program uses both of these for length and girth, the 2nd cylinder supposedly mainly length since you place both penis and balls into the cylinder for pumping, the theory being a good stretch on the ligs.

I have not read the full program but gathered this from the advertisements.

My questions are these:

1) What do you guys think about this program and using 2 cylinders in this fashion, especially the 3” large to promote lig stretch?

2) Has anyone tried this program and what were your results?

I’ve been using Kaplan’s two cylinder method for almost two years, and have gained some pretty serious girth. I do a lot of other stuff so I can’t say that my gains have all come from pumping, but I’m sure it had played a part in the girth gains. Careful with that 3” tube, it can do a number on your balls if you over pump.

You got that right! I have used it a few times and can only really do 2-3” with my balls in the tube. I have recently started using the 3” tube while I am clamped, but do not pump the balls, only the clamped penis in the 3” tube.

How do you think the two cylinder approach does for length, which is what I am shooting for currently. Supposedly the 3” is the pump that promotes length gains by pulling the ligs. What are your thoughts on this?

Can you give a break down of the routine you use? Time frame in each tube? Anything else you are doing inbetween tube times? Thanks in advance.

I’ve got a 1 3/4” , 2”, and a 2 1/4” tube. Recently I’ve been starting with the 2 1/4” tube to stretch the ligs at the base. I suck my balls in with my penis and it forms a good seal right behind my balls. I pump at a comfortable vacuum for about 15 mins.
I think it helps me get loosened up and pumps my girth up, so that when I enter the 1 3/4” tube I am already nearly packing that to start. I also have a good begining flacid stretch coming out of the large tube so I can spend less time stretching to my goal length in the smaller tube.

I switch to the 1 3/4” tube to stretch my length.
I think its a good combination to hit various places.
