Going to be pumping with an air pump and using the proextender off alibaba. I have a few plans and I’m not new to PE but I’d like to hear some advice.

I’ve decided to do 2 sets of 30 minutes of full package pumping in the morning at breakfast and at night when I’m off 2nd shift. I will be trying to wear the extender device during the day at work with it Velcro strapped to my legs.

Edit: With 5 minutes rice sock before I go to work or pump. I’ll cool down with ice cold water as soon as I’m finished with my exercises. If warm makes it expand, cold will make the collagen stop shrinking from what I’ve been looking into.

Heat, heat, heat. Ise lots of it.

Keep your sessions short in the beginning and gradually build on pressure and session time.

My Progress Thread/Log

Based on how extenders are supposed to work I was thinking of keeping it stretched just a hair under my full erect length and then moving to my erect after a week or two and then seeing from there. I’ve heard good things about not “pushing” the extender to stretch yourself. I usually keep a rice sock on my pump while pumping to keep everything warm and flexible after warmup.
