Cylinder Size

I’ve had a Bathmate for years and use it on and off. I have a left curve so years ago I heated and curved the tube, to avoid the edema spot where the side of my head was getting jammed against the tube. It worked.

I’d like to buy an air cylinder from Pump-toys. I’m debating between 2.25 and 2.50 diameter. I was leaning towards 2.5, as the BM is 2.25, but then I remembered reading that you were much better off if you could pack the tube while air pumping. I’m 2+ at the base, so I’m worried if I go with 2.25 I’ll be forced to curve that tube too, which is hit and miss.

Does air pumping cause the same Edema as water pumping?

Air pumping of course can and will cause edema but you can control the pressure unlike with a bm. So by controlling the pressure and wrapping the tube with a heating pad you’ll keep fluid buildup to a minimum. At least that’s been my experience. Keep in mind the pressure of the bm is way high so an air pump at say 5hg may seem like little pressure to you.

I use a wine pump to suck even more water out of the Bathmate and increase pressure. Now I’m thinking I should get the 2.5” tube so there’s space to average out the curve

If you buy the 2.25 you’ll be able to work on that curvature, use lots of lube and heat and you’ll have a more straight penis

I think I’d need the 2” for that to happen. I’m 50 and have tried to get rid of the curve for years with little success. One of the main reasons I’d get an air cylinder is so avoid water and mess, if I need to use lube I may as well save my money and stick with the bathmate

Coconut oil is very cheap and effective. Get a good air pump with a gauge.

I’ve never had an issue with it.

I have had a thickwall 1.75 in the past I’m thinking about a 1.5 to give me room to easily pack the tube. Also I want to get a pulsar electric pump.. Any one happen to be selling one?

How about you start your own thread?

I don’t know why everybody seems so hyped to pack a tube. Once you pack you run the risk of getting blisters on the glans and they are no fun. Point 2 is that you won’t even fit into a 1.5” cylinder if your circumference is 4.75”. It would be more a waste of money than anything else.

The primary goal of PE should be to make your penis as healthy as possible in both form and function. If you do that, increased size will follow.

That’s what I’ve been wondering about. Thanks. I think I’ll go with the 2.25. The Bathmate is 2.25 tapering to around 2.00, so a 2.25 should allow a bit of extra space

What’s a good cylinder that doesn’t cost 100+ bucks? I want to have comfortable silicone ring, but that shouldn’t cost a fortune
