Cylinder maintenance...

Before I order a pump I’d like to know a little about daily maintenance. How easy is the cylinder to clean? I certainly don’t want to stick my willy in the cylinder covered in yesterday’s lube and pubic hair. Could some of you share some insight?

You might want to invest in a bottle brush, but other then that, warm water and dish soap, followed by a towel dry will keep it sparkling clean. No need to remove the female connector before cleaning, just be careful not to bang it around.

Yesterday’s lube will not go bad and you can always shave your pubes. If you jacked off in the tube, gprent’s advice is good information.

It’s not an issue. It may be a little easier or more difficult to clean based on your choice of lube, but cylinder cleaning is not difficult.

Thanks guys. The pubes are trimmed short and shaved around the base of the penis. I tried shaving them all off once and didn’t like the look. My jelqing lube isn’t water soluble, but I also keep silicone based on hand, so to speak…

I don’t shave, I just trim it is not an issue.

As to cylinder cleaning, it is not a big deal at all. Just make sure you do it right after your session, that will make it easier than if you wait and the lube re-congeals.

I use generic KY for lube. So I just rinse out the tube with very warm water after every use.

Then I take a bamboo "back scratcher", put a clean gym sock over the top of it, and stick that in the cylinder and rub the inside to dry it out. (Honestly that is probably an unnecessary step_
