Why aren’t I gaining

I’ve modified my routine to this:

3 x 20 min sessions daily broken into 10 min reps. 10 min at 3hg and 10min at 4hg. I’ve added 3g of L-arginine to my diet and it’s greatly improved my erection quality; I can maintain an erection throughout the session… with a little porn. I also take a daily protein shake as part of my diet. All sessions are with constant IR heat lamp exposure. There’s no fluid build-up or capillary damage at all and there’s noticeable expansion.

I’ve been doing it for two weeks now and, of course, there are no gains as yet but I’m comfortable with this routine.

I’m using a thickwall tube at 1.75” diameter. My normal erect circumference is 4.5” which is below average but I’m comfortable in the tube. I don’t pack at all which is understandable

Any comments, criticisms or adjustments recommended?

I would question the absence of any stretching in your routine if your primary concern is length

Starting stats 11/2009: NBPEL=6.25" BPEL=6.75" MSEG=5.0" Current: NBPEL=7.125" BPEL=7.75 MSEG 5.5" BEG 6.0"
