I don’t have any real knowledge of physiology or nutrition, but I had an idea for pumping that could make sense, or maybe not. I just want to get some opinions from knowledgeable folks.

I wonder if it might help to eat a high protein meal or drink a protein supplement about an hour or so before pumping.
Basically give your system time to absorb and saturate the blood with protein, and then start a pumping routine. I’m thinking that the protein enriched blood expanding the tissues would saturate those tissue cells with nutrients and promote growth and healing.

Does this make sense, or is it irrelevant?

Well remember to read about Vitamin C too as it affects collagen which is very present in penile tissue. Some say all the rapid reconstruction will produce scar tissue or prevent tissue from stretching, thus hinder progress. So its still a debated subject. Check all the articles. I am constantly on high protein diet as I bodybuild. 5-6 times a day will likely catch the 1 hour before PE you speak of.

I doubt if it will make a difference, but it can’t hurt to try.

I usually take a few L-Arginine and a few Nox2’s about half hour before starting any PE, then have my protein drink after..
