I don’t understand it either. However every time I’ve tried it I got more and longer-lasting post-pump thickness.

Peforeal told me he thinks the penis overcompensates after pumping from having been constricted while pumping. That the cavernosal chambers may take in and hold more blood than they normally would after a session.

Yes, I take the condom off to jelk, etc. between pumps. Getting it on and then back on again is the most annoying part of this process. It doesn’t work with the wide condoms I use for sex.

I am going to keep this up for the next month and see what happens.

I mean, how bad can it be to have a fuller thicker dick with virtually no lymphatic fluid build up last virtually all day long?

I have pumped consistently at the higher end of my range and get 1/3 of the fluid buildup.

Today I jelqed with the condom on because I didnt have another one to replace it with here at the office in case it broke like the one last nite did when I tried to remove it between sets.

Let’s see where this goes. Thanks for all your help.

On my pump the outer side of the dial measures inches of HG vacuum; the inner dial measures milimeters of HG vacuum. Here we talk in inches, not milimeters, usually. If you said, “5 HG” I would assume you are talking inches.

Thank you for the answer. The sad part is I know 5 inches way too well, it is still carved in my mind even though I am now over 7. Oh well, that’s for another therapy session.

I dont know for sure Thunder but after pumping for the last couple of months and having the swollen donut thing and now just be adding one simple item like a condom I can avoid the lymphatic swelling and get even better short term fullness is a pretty nice thing. Hopefully it wont hinder but help gains. Only time will tell. This will be an interesting test for the pumpers though. Maybe we can set up some Evaluation Analysis with a bunch of pumpers willing to commit the time to do this for X period of time and take relevent data at set intervals of time, etc. Just an idea.

I have noticed that I can pump with much higher pressure and more comfortably with the condoms on. Getting them on and off is a real bear without pinching your skin or ripping them.

Have others found that the codoms stretch out to much after a couple of sessions’ use? Hygiene dictates not using them for too many times but I would like to find out how to get more uses per condom. Maybe some condoms have greater elastic memory than others? I’ve been using standard Trojans.

I tried the condom for the first time but once in the tube my dick doesn’t enlarge because the condom keeps it down. Is this normal or should your dick increase to the same size as without it?

My dick also doesnt enlarge the same it would without the condom. But if the idea is to draw in more blood instead of lymphatic fluid and are temporary gains are better, what can it hurt to try for awhile.

I have just tried condom pumping for the second time. I really like this method. I have had a slight problem with fluid build-up since I just use mouth vacuum at this point and tend to get a little carried away at times. (I know, I know, I need to invest in a pump!) So far with the condom on I have not had this problem and it still feels good. I’m going to try this for a while and see how the results go.

10 days of condom pumping

Okay guys I wanted to give you an update after 10 days of condom pumping. I have been pumping in general for a few months I believe. Shit I cant remember what I had for lunch nevermind another PE exercise.

I try to pump twice a day (7:00 a.m. and 5 p.m.) Monday thru Friday. I try to do 4-5 sets of 10 minutes at 6-8 inches. I occassionally will push the envelope at 8-10 inches for a minute or so. I do it at my office so I dont do it on weekends unless I can get away for a good solid hour.

My observations after 10 days are as follows:

1) I am seeing no more than 1/3 of the lymphatic fluid build up (even at the higher inches) as I did before pumping without the condom.

2) The lymph fluid that does build up goes away within an hour or two

3) Whats odd, is that I dont get the same amount of lymphatic fluid at my nighttime pump session as I do in the morning pump session.

4) My dick is full looking all day long. It is both longer and thicker consistently add day.

5) I shower everyday at the gym where PirateSteve and I work out and it’s been a long time since I have had any fear of the locker room or open pit shower that is there.

6) I am now starting to fill the bottom third of the 2” tube even with the condom on. The head is also starting to press the sides of the tube. (My first observation 10 days ago noted that I did not expand to the edges of the tube.) Now I do not know if that is the particular type of condom that I am using now or (god willing) I am actually starting to fill the tube. I was in a 1 3/4” tube when I first started but I packed the tube right away (again thank you to the Big Man upstairs) and so I gave it away. I was more than a little nervous when I started with the 2” tube since my dick looked so skinny in the tube. Now seeing some type of filling of the tube is very encouraging.

7) I am observing some darkening of the skin on my dick. I think this is probably because of the amount of sessions I do at the higher inches.

8) By the 3rd pump session I am creeping upward (not just outward) in the tube to my BPEL of 7.25”. Not always but I am seeing it more ofter. I did not see that in my initial observations and again I do not know if it is the type of condom I am using right now. But since I still have a bunch left it will be awhile until I try some new type.

I hope other guys are trying this and keeping at least mental notes of their progress or lack thereof. I am still very intrigued by the condom pumping.

I think the tighter the better for this. There is probably something about the “rebound” action of blood flow in following the pump but we’ll need some more opinions on the actual dynamics.

Even if the condom is tight fitting, the vacuum will expand it out in all directions as the cock expands within it.

I had to stop my own experiment because I ran out of narrower ones. Will resume soon.

I get no lymph build-up at all, but I think I keep my vacuum range lower than some of you guys and do shorter sets in the tube.

So far, for sure, the fatness lasts way longer for me after condom pumping than without one. There does seem to be something to this.

Anybody else trying it?

I just finished 45 minutes of condom pumping with my ctc xl 3000, and my dick does look more natural than without it. I’ll see how much longer the fatness lasts.

Hey guys!
I’ve been really studying the info, trying to get some feel for what actually may be occurring. Interesting in that I’ve noticed that water pumping seems to have a similar effect as condom pumping. I tried both briefly. Its’ easier to condom pump, because I have to do water pumping in the tub. I believe what is happening with the condom pumping is this. Under vacuum, the fluids in the penis will move toward the area of decrease pressure. There are two major effects, the fluid moving within the circulatory system and penis hydraulics, and the fluid that moves into the inter-cellular space. The fluid moving within the circulatory system and the penis hydraulics is productive, extracellular fluid build up is counterproductive. The important factors are vacuum and time. The vacuum over time will cause the cell walls of the capillaries and lymphatics to actually separate slightly, allowing fluid to escape into the area surrounding the tissues, filling them with either blood or lymph. The lower the pressure, the less chance. The less time, less chance. So…to prevent extra cellular fluid, you have found that you must either limit the vacuum,limit the time or both. The problem is, a certain amount of timeXforce is needed to produce changes. I believe that this is why pumpers have found that PE with pumping gets better results. I think that PEs produce much higher internal pressures than most pumpers use. Pumping pressure is limited by the extracellular fluid accumulation (lymph, bruising, discolouration etc.)
So, what is going on with condom pumping? I believe that of all the tissues of the penis, the skin is probably the first to “leak” fluids into the extracellular space. By applying a counter force to the vacuum, you get a reduction in the net vacuum force. For example, lets say you are applying 6 in hg vacuum, and the condom is applying 2 psi, you are getting about 4 in hg of vacuum force to the skin (may not actually be that exact amount, but you get the idea). It seems to however not diminish the force exerted on the deeper tissues. Plus, it seems that if the fluid is not migrating into the skin, it may help cause a greater migration into the deeper tissues. Either that or by allowing you to use a greater vacuum, you are able to generate higher forces, which then have a greater effect in the deeper tissues.
Think about it, why should PE be necessary? Forces on the tissue walls should be the same whether it is being generated internally or externally. The only difference would be on the valves of the penis (this may turn out to be an important effect). Think about jelqing, 2-3 sec duration…right? Probably pretty high pressures. How about using a safe base line of in hg like 3 and take it up to 7-10 for 1-3 seconds? More might be needed, I don’t know. I believe it should have a similar effect to jelqing, maybe even better. The condom would then apply counter pressure to the skin, allowing the higher pressures to be used with minimum to no swelling and discoloration.
This is all speculation on my part, trying to figure this stuff out. Why do some get results, and other not? I believe that there are 2 basic factors that have to be dealt with (possibly 3).
1. Generating sufficient forceXtime to create tissue deformation (micro-damage to tissues).
2. Allowing enough recovery time to allow micro-damage repair, producing a net gain.
3. Stimulating a cellular growth response (like pressure applied to bone stimulates increased density).

What I like about pumping, is that it can be quantified… jelqing is anyones guess as to what forces are being produced. Therefore reproducing the effects of pumping should be easier. I believe that the reason that lower pressure pumping works is that the damage produced is small enough that you can recover in a day or two. High pressure pumpers may need 1-3 days off for full recovery(too much damage may produce scarring). I believe that the reason jelqing works is that you can generate enough force to cause deformation of some of the ligamentous structures that may take crazy high pumping pressures to replicate. I think that (possibly) with condom pumping at considerable pressures (apx 10-12 in hg) done for 1-3 second “jelques” you may be able to achieve everything that pumping and jelqing can do for you. The only difference is that if it works, we can pass on a objectifiable, and repeatable procedure’s other could use. The only variables ( important ones) would be the vacuum range, time and recover. For example, start off at 2-3 in hg for 1X 10 min the first week, with 50 tube “jelques” to 5 in hg for 1 sec, every other day. Second week, 15 min at 2-3 in hg, with 50 tube jelques. So on, (like Avocet’s beginner routine). After reaching 3X10 min tube time with 50 jelques between, you can begin to move the pressures up by 1 in hg/ week. You should chart progress…size in tube, preworkout erection size, hardness of erections. At some point you will begin to see diminishing returns, at that point drop back to the last productive pressures, or increase recovery time. The problem with penis enlargement is that there at least a few variables that we are working with, which makes this more of an art, and less of a science. I believe by minimizing the variables, we can approach it more as a science and with all of us experimenting, we should be able to make some real inroads in figuring this out!
