Condom pumping

Because condoms can deform easily, their elastic properties are not constant along the whole length of the condom (e.g. They can bulge), and hence the effective reduction in pressure difference experienced by your penis might not always be uniform along its length. If you want to reduce the effects of pumping at high pressure, simply pump at lower pressure. This is better solution because the pressure is known (presumably you have a pump with a gauge), and the pressure difference along your penis is constant. Using a condom is just plain silly.

There might be a marginal effect caused by reduced heat transfer through the condom, which will help to keep your penis warm, but I doubt this is relevant.

That’s one way to look at it. Here’s the other and the common consensus among long-term condom pumpers. Tell me your thoughts on this if you will.

I do it for hygiene though most people pumping are purposefully using condoms that are too-tight on their dick in an attempt to create a bit of a compression force against the skin where ‘lymph’ will flow into after long pumping sessions. The pressure directly on the skin seems to counteract the ability of lymph to flow from the veins into the nearby tissue. I believe this might be due to ‘veins’ being the part of the dick that sticks out the most which if you think of say like a tarp across an uneven surface, tied very tightly, the areas experiencing the more ‘pressure’ pushing down from the tarp would be the areas the tarp comes in contact with directly. This’ll end to be the areas of the uneven surface that stick out the most. In the case of the dick, that would be the veins of the penis. Thus pressure on the veins seems to counteract lymph leakage. The overly tight condom puts more pressure relative on your veins compared to the surrounding tissue allowing most of the pressure of the ‘pump’ to be allied to the other tissue while the veins leakage minimal.

What some people are finding is if they naturally have ‘hair’ on their dick, using a condom seems to help prevent their hairs from becoming infected/in-grown etc. It seems like the condensation that occurs on the inside edge of a the cylinder of pump, especially if heated. That touches the ‘skin’ under high pressure with your pores open seems to enhance the likelihood of pore/hair folicle infection. This might not seem like a big deal but humid, wet, moist environments with the right combination of protein, carbs and fats is great for growing bacteria.

So for me, I like condom pumping for the hygiene reasons. Everyone’s DICK and I mean EVERYONE’S will leak precum during a pumping session from your dick into the tube at a very small rate which in turn leaves your pump filled with ‘some’ amount of precum which is pretty high in protein, some carbohydates and fats; so it is great as a bacteria culture consequently. Even if its only 1-2ml, that 1-2ml if you don’t clean your pump after every session will be slowly ‘rotting’ in an effect inside the tube so the next time you go to stick your dick in, there’s already bacteria in there and pressure with open pores and hair fociles.yeah.

At least with a condom, your precum leaking theoretically should be ‘capture’ in the tip of the condom and when you remove the relatively ‘sterile’ condom, conditional on you wash your hands before you start pumping, (condoms are suppose to be sterile coming from a package). So there’s no introduction into your cylinder of either bacteria or precum and thus less often cleaning of the cylinder is required. So you can think of a megabox of like 200 condoms where condoms are 30 cents a piece as a choice of choosing between ‘less lymph leakage.’(possibly) + less often cleaning required or cleaning after each use. For myself, 30 cents means nothing so I’d rather spend the 30 cents and save the 6 minutes to wash/clean/dry the cylinder each day and rather do it once per week. You know?

Good points

Hmm.I’m a newbie at this, but those sound like good points from an experienced pumper.

Personally, I do keep my tube clean, and I don’t pack it, nor do I spend extended periods of time in the tube. So from my own perspective the hygiene issue is not relevant.

But using a condom to prevent the veins standing out is an interesting point. If, as you say, the veins are effectively a weak point on the surface of the penis, then I can see there could be some advantage in giving them some additional support with a condom. I think what you are saying is that when the veins become very expanded they leak more lymph fluid, which makes sense as a membrane will become more permeable as it expands and thins. Perhaps using a condom at a higher pump pressure (but the same effective pressure on the penis) has an advantage in this respect. Thanks for the tip.

I wouldn’t say that I’m experienced. I’m just paraphrasing what people more experienced than myself have theorized as why condom pumping for them results in less lymph fluid build up and seems to result in a larger flaccid hang for them the following day. Most people tend to find condom pumping somehow more intense and use slightly less pressure than dry pumping AFAIK.

Fair enough. Not packing isn’t a bad thing either. Supposedly, when you start to pack your tube, you get more length gains than girth gains. When using a slightly unpacked tube that packs after a bit of swelling, you get the best girth gains. If you don’t pack the tube after swelling, the tube is too big and might result in uneven expansion of your dick or a ‘pressure warped’ dick per say over long time. Others say ‘pressure warped’ dick though can only be caused by extreme pressure. So who knows.

Exactly. When I heard that explanation, I was like.hmm, I’ll try it myself. So far, I feel like using the same 5”HG as before, I’m getting more blisters and right along the vein too. So.I’m confused. I tried dropping down to 3”HG as a member suggested, after 5 days off as opposed to the recommended 7 days. I was just eager to get back to it and it still resulted in some purple and mini sores again. Sooo, I think I need to allow it to fully heal. I’ll do Ice for 3 times a day on the sore spots maybe wrapped in a cloth. For 5 days, heat for 5 days, then 5 days of just total rest and try again after a 2 week break. Then starting again at 3”HG and see how it goes. With condom.

Best of luck to you :)

Do you put the condom in the penis and enter the tube or put the condom at the tube and then enter the condom/tube?

Creciendo día a día... en todos los sentidos :D

Anyone get any good gains from this? I am thinking of trying this?

I use a condom in conjunction with a silicone sleeve while water pumping. While I have found the sleeve reduces fluid build up, the purpose of the condom underneath is simply to keep my glans dry. I put baby powder on it first and I find this combo reduces the risk of blisters. Other than providing a surface barrier I do not believe a condom has much impact on a pumping routine.

Femidom

This is my 1st post so I hope I’m doing this right??

Ok so I try to experiment a little from time to time and came across something I can’t really explain so I’m hoping someone else can?

Long time pumper here (3+ years) and I’ve tried various pumping methods from hydro to condom etc etc..
Condom pumping has always given a better result albeit short term effects but I found a femidom in our box of magic tricks and though “why not?”

The results of pumping even at very low pressure are amazing!
I’ve got a really wide tube (my hand doesn’t go all the way around it)and I’ve never been scared of getting stuck inside it until now.
I half fill it with water (really warm) and let the rim of the femidom stay on the outside of the tube, I then lube up and slip my fella inside and pump to a comfortable pressure (really low).
I do two ten minute sets with a 5 minute break in between topping up the pressure as a lot of air gets inside.
After my session the plumpness is immense and hangs all day with no bruising, a little soreness but no pain and after 5 days of doing this daily I’m starting to see an increase in girth which is what I’m wanting.

Has anyone else tried this or can anyone think why this had been more effective then other pump methods?
