Anybody seen a penile anatomy drawing that shows lymph ducts?

I have not researched it yet, but off the top of my head, maybe venous leakage contributes greatly.

I have read a few articles on google and this is what I think is happening. There are lots of veins and capillaries in the area between the skin and Buck’s fascia (the normal lymph input). I agree that without a cocking effect, one probably pulls lymph into the penis in the way you mentioned (a reverse of direction of the normal lymph output). I don’t have any evidence of actual tunica.

I don’t think it is just the cock ring effect because we still have the lymph input in a low pressure state that would almost certainly increase forward flux.

Hi Pumpers,

There have been a few references in this thread about pumping with a cock ring so I decided to experiment this morning. First - a disclaimer: any items I used in my experiment and the experiment itself are NOT an endorsement of any specific thing or a recommendation to anybody to try this experiment. The purpose here is to just share information - so, here’s some background:

1) Circumcision scar wrapping - in the past, I have wrapped the scar to stop any engorgement and “donut” effect. I am succeptable to “donut” as I had the underside portion of my wrap slip one time (outside my field of view of the tube) and got a partial donut where the wrap slipped. So, I have to be careful. In this experiment I DID NOT use a wrap - I wanted to see if a constriction would stop engorgement.

2) Choice of cock ring - Since I have on hand a set of wide, thick cock ring/cushions from CTC and the set of hand grips used to put on and take off the cushions/rings, I chose the “D” size cushion/ring to experiment with as that ring gave me a snug but not overly constrictive effect. This ring/cushion is about 1 inch in width, much wider than a traditional cock ring that looks more like a gasket say less than 1/8-inch in ring wall thickness. The wall thickness of the ring/cushion I used is about 2/10-inch.

3) Pumping Parameters - Once I had the ring in place as close to the pubic bone as possible, I entered my new, 2-inch tube and slowly pumped up to -4 inch Hg vacuum. I stayed in the tube for 15 minutes. During that time I alternated 10 kegels followed by 10 tube milking movements in 10 sets totaling 100 kegels and 100 tube milks.

4) Observations - I did not suffer any donut effect. The penis under vacuum stretched enough to move the cushion/ring about 1 inch down the tube away from the pubic bone despite my best effort to install the ring/cushion as tight to the body as possible. This illustrates how much the more solid, inner structure of the penis expands out of and away from the body under modest vacuum thus stretching all of the tissues. Even with a new, 2-inch ID tube that I have had for just about 1 week, I see I am starting to pack the base of the new tube.

5) Conclusion - Pumping with a wide cock ring seems to limit engorgement near the surface that can lead to a donut if a person is not wrapped in back of the glans. Such pumping with the cock ring constriction appears to push the penis further down the tube which might help those seeking length. I packed the tube just in back of the ring as the ring moved down the tube about 1 inch. Maybe this can help those trying to build girth at the very base of the penis so as to overcome a “baseball bat” shape.

Just some observations + a bit of speculation on my part.

All the Best,

Soon, I will do a comparison between full condoms and condoms cut such that I am only using the constrictive cockring like base of the condom.

The stallion cock cushions are very thick. I think you might be comparing apples and oranges with a cockring that thick because I wonder if it is cutting off some arterial flow as well.

I hope you and ModestoMan are correct because it would be easier to use a cockring.

Well, as I wait for my CTC XL 3000, I have been reading this thread and decided to get out the
manual pump and try it with a wrap and condom.

OMG!!!! I gained .25” girth just from 3x10 minute sessions, alternating between 3-8inHg. And no
donut. This is amazing. I can’t believe how nice and thick this feels in my hands. I’m looking forward
to seeing how long this pumped effect will last.

WOW!!!!

I am on a prolonged PE break and don’t want to commit to starting back up yet. I think you are the best person to do this experiment. You have no bias and you know your penis, pumping and well.

I think that on several occasions, someone needs to try pumping with just the base on the condom(s). I think the easiest way to do it would be to roll it on normally and then cut off everything above the rolled base so that we know that the cockring effect is equivalent between the cut and uncut condom.

If you have the time and interest, it would be greatly appreciated if you could try this.

Let me see if I understand your request, you want me to have a portion of the condom
(the open end) as a sort-of thin cock ring around the base of my shaft and nothing else
while I pump?

If that isn’t what you mean, please clarify. I really do think the wrap around my
glans down to the circumcision scar is essential to avoiding the donut. Can I still
do that?

By the way, I’m taking anatomy right now, and acing it. I’ve learned a TON about the
body. We haven’t gotten to the reproductive system yet, but of course I’ve read ahead ;-)
When I’m done with the class, I may actually be able to explain “tunica” and how the condom
is an extra tunic which compresses the layers between itself and the real tunica inside the
penis. I’m thinking of analogies.

I will let you know when the CTC XL 3000 arrives. I’d really like to wait for that, sound good?

Modesto and Penismith,

You may both be right. Lymph may mostly travel the surface tissue, thus the cockring/base condom benefit, but there could also be some internal leakage. I’ve always wondered how I would get lymph build up during clamping sets. There was no way it was getting past the clamp under just the surface.

I made the mistake of not straightening out a fold in the underneath condom (I was wearing two) during my session the other night. The fold was putting additional pressure on one-side near my glans but not uncomfortably so. So I left it alone, only to find a thrombosed vein at that place at the the end of the session. Thankfully, it diappeared in 24 hours.

In the penis the lymph vessels are at the surface, which is why some guys get that tough
vein appearing. It’s a lymph vessel. It dumps into the lymph nodes in the groins. For me,
if I wear a cockring for a long time, or right after pumping or jelqing, I still get lymph build-up
and a small donut. In most of the body, lymph vessels are not always near the surface.

Also, what is this thrombosed vein you are refering to? I thrombosis is a blood clot, and if you
had that, you’d be in big trouble. Are you referring to the engorged lymph vessel perhaps?
If you really are getting blood clots, I suggest some children’s aspirin and or garlic oil tablets
to help thin out your blood.

My guess is that it is having the penis covered entirely by a relatively tight sheath is what keeps the lymphatic fluid from building, not just a constriction ring at the bottom but I’ll be interested in the results of anyone who wants to try Penismith’s experiment.

I don’t develop fluid buildup either way and so am not a good candidate. But I can tell you that I get much thicker and longer-lasting residual girth after condom pumping than without, and even more the times I’ve used two condoms.

Hi PS,

We’ll soon see about the apples/oranges issue as I finally found my package of cock rings in the back closet. I’ll test pumping with just a cock ring tomorrow first light and repeat the test the following morning with just the ring taken from the open end of a condom.

I doubt it was thrombosed. More likely a vein rather than an artery (unless it was blue in color) that became temporarily turgid. The job of veins is to drain blood out. (With a normal erection, even though you are firm/stiff there is constant blood exchange, in an out which in the case of a long-lasting erection prevents oxygen starvation in penile tissue.) If there is a constriction ring at the base of your cock of any kind, the veins - doing their best to drain out de-oxygenated blood fill up and stiffen because their exit route is blocked.

Just a quick follow-up to my first day’s experience. It’s been a few hours now, and flaccid it’s pretty much back to normal, maybe a little bigger than normal. But, when I get it hard, it’s still thicker than normal!

I’m going to try double-condom pumping next time.

Just to clarify: does using two condoms replace the theraband wrap on
the glans to the circ scar, or do you still need that too?

You shouldn’t need an additional circ wrap, BFLR.

Great! Tomorrow I will try the double condom sheath (let’s call it DCS) then in a few days
I’ll try the base-only condom sheath as PenisSmith requested.
