I have read the different opinions about this, I am curious as to If anyone has followed one protocol vs the other protocol.

I used Stand the micro tears stand point of damage and healing, that could toughen tissues obviously not good.
My theory is why micro tear and scar tissue is your gains…

Couldn’t a yoga practice of jus relaxing and allowing the pressure displacement to do its job eliminate the need for visually aroused pumping alleviate the desensitize nature…

Completely relaxed meditative state. With a vacuum pulled steel rod at 3hg.

It’s gonna grow from the inside to out, seems the practice shouldn’t be from the outside in

Your assertion that it grows from the inside needs to be explored further.

Could you provide some evidence?


Began December 2009 at 5 7/8" length and 5" girth.

I was a bit under the weather with my original post…let me clarify.

I have read threads about the benefits/ possible hindrances of supplementing the amino acids that comprise collegen/elastin… they always seem to go dead, without a resolution.

My proposed hypothesis in my original post was what if, instead of micro tears creating essentially scar tissue for gains.

Is that utilising the mind body connection, with meditative state of visualizing at low hg could be of greater benefit with supplementation,than being fully conscious and aroused via porn

For the mental meditative state I would be proposing binural frequencies.

I have experimented with meditation using binaural beats with the intention of astral projecting. I didn’t quite achieve that but I did achieve a deep meditative state, that state where you have no thoughts.
I have also started hydopumping in my bath where I don’t have access to porn so I need to focus on sexy situations to get a good boner. I have found however, that this is nothing like meditation, it is more like day dreaming - you are actually encouraging sexy thoughts to come into your mind rather that stop them. There is also the problem of staying focused and aroused , at low Hg you don’t have the intense sensations you get at high Hg so you have to create really great scenarios in your mind to stay hard for long durations. Maybe this gets easier with practice and porn avoidance.

I have been supplementing with biosil, aloe vera and other collagen boosting supplements for a while. It’s so difficult to know how well they work unless you’re gaining well and suddenly you gain faster after taking them, I’d be surprised if you can find someone who has experienced that.
I now get my silica from mineral waters like Volvic and Rexona, I also supplement with very high doses of vitamin C which is also important for collagen genesis, my gains usually come so slowly though and I can’t say that the supplements have helped with certainty.

I am purporting that it may well be beneficial to be completely relaxed and focused to feel the stretch and expansion
Of the unit without arousal visual or mentally imagining.

That being said I’m sold on the feeling of a dull ache in the suspense tory ligs and tunica

Perhaps you’re right, I’ll give it a go when I pump later.

When I was vacuum pumping regularly, I found that being high on weed helped with focusing but it would be better to achieve the same thing without it.

Got to agree with you here.
Far better to relax and really focus on the sensation, the stretch is much better that way.

Dongalong, it’s great that you have the mental flexibility to try a different approach.

Some tidbits of info I have found along this path are;
maximum hydration
3-3.5 hg
It does take awhile to adjust, for me was worth it.
I do 30 minute sets with heat.

I think it’s safe cause your not pumping erect, I sometimes do hour sets with no issues and cause your not causing trauma to the tissues it can be and is awesome that I can do it everyday without edema and make gains

I did my hydropumping session. I managed 4 x 10 minutes at 3-4 Hg/in most of the time, I did increase the vacuum for the first and last minute of each 10 minutes. I need to enter the tube erect with my Thickwall hydropumping set up but I failed to get erect after 40 minutes this time so I stopped there.

I tried the meditative focus on penis expansion during the low vacuum periods. I found that it is easier to focus on your penis when you can feel it, to achieve this I matched my breathing to slow kegels - contracting as I exhaled.

I’m guessing not a Bathmate hate those things, I only air pump with an electric pump. Have water pumped with cylinder and mityvach before… wasn’t a superfan may do it again sometime.

Like I said it takes time to become acclimated, to this.

PC pullback is a absolute nope with this and i suppose in general..if you feel any tightness there, like you are fighting the vaccum pulling at all, it should feel like the laziest reverse kegal, your not pushing and the PC isn’t pulling ya back
