No, but then again, I didn’t do any kind of PE when I reached and was walking around at 5,75 MSEG. After months of no PE, I started back again like 2-3 weeks ago, Lost some length and Girth that I gained from l PE including the ones before I went into pumping. I don’t believe PE is permanent but I believe pumping gains disappear the fastest once u stop PE.

Start: 5.75 inch BPEL 4.75 inch girth BSEG (Nov 1 2007)

Current: 7.4 inch BPEL 5.4 inch MSEG 5.75 inch BSEG (Oct 24 2009)

Goal: 7 inch NBPEL 5.5 inch EG=> New Goal: 7.75 inch BPEL 5.75 MSEG

Yes. Around 1/2 inch girth. Try regular edging to cement (at least that is my theory of how I cemented gains)

I stopped pumping for many months, girth did not go away.

Never really measure but can feel a weight difference also

I have just started to pump and in the cyllinder it looks long and fat but once I release the pressure it goes back to normal it would be amazing to get permanent gains through pumping since it is easy to do

You just can’t cement gains from pumping anymore than you can cement muscle size gains from extreme lactic acid resistance training. Now this doesn’t mean that pumping won’t work, in fact it actually brings up girth faster than a normal jelq routine. Mostly that huge jimmi dean sausage you are proudly waving around after a pumping session is just excess lymph fluid.

How do you resist lactic acid? How do you resist it in an extreme way?

I gained about 1/2 inch of girth from 18 months of pumping, but no length. I started with a 1.5 inch cylinder which took 6 months to pack. I can now pack 3/4 of a 1.75 inch cylinder. Getting ready to order a 2 inch cylinder.

I have certainly gained from pumping (about 1/4” in both length and girth). I didn’t do it for a long time before I outgrew my pump (then had to stop pumping due to a medical issue with my penis). However, my penis is definitely thicker and a little longer in the short time that I pumped many months ago. I look forward to resuming a pumping regimen.

If no one minds, I’d like to ask the same question but take it a step further. Did any of you pump after you had already stalled out using the other major girth exercises and see results that you are quite confident you would not have been able to achieve just with manual exercises and possibly clamping?

In other words, are any of you quite confident that pumping brought you gains that you would not have just gotten anyway sticking to doing more of the other major forms of girth work?
