Hey everyone, I want to start off by saying Thanks in advance for the great help from this forum.

I have been doing the newbie routine for about a month and a half, and have noticed a little less than 1/2 inch increase in length and girth. This is nice, but I want much more, I’m currently at 7.25 ELBP, and 7’ base girth. My goal is to get to 8’ NBP, Length is my ONLY goal. Girth is already enough. My main question here is from what I have read, pumping is excellent for gains in PE. But then I have also read that it is almost useless for permanent size gains. Then some people say The erections are great from pumping, Then some claim they get impotence. Can anyone shed some light on this?

If length is your primary goal then you should start looking into hanging or static stretching. Pumping really targets girth more than length.

Yes, I know hanging works a little better for length, I just love the idea of having way better blood flow and much better erection quality as well, And people have told me if i get a narrow tube, but a long one I will get length gains, I only really need an Inch.

Ai caramba… Should I stop with my pumping routine until I reach my length goal (static stretching), and then target on girth using this method I am using now?

I don’t know your total situation. Ironaddict has significant 7” girth and I can understand why he would want to keep that under control. That’s why I mentioned the above to him.

Pumping will contribute to both girth and length improvement, but the method favors girth. That is because the vacuum pressure works on the total surface area of your cock and there is a lot more surface area acting in the girth direction then there is acting in the length direction.

You are right my friend, and believe me, I was about to ask this question a long time ago, because I’m really not very happy with my length gains. Anyway, I’m not stretching at the moment, I just pump and jelq on a daily basis, and maybe I should start some new routine based on stretches and a couple more exercises that may help me with my goal.

Well, I won’t change a thing until the end of the year, and by then I will have to make some decisions!

Maybe, had I bought a smaller cylinder (1.5 instead of 1.75), I could have had some more measurable length gains!

This sounds good in theory, but there are some practical limitations. When you are totally packed inside the cylinder it is true there is only one direction your cock can then expand in and that is length. The problem is that all of the pressure in now focused on the head of your penis and under the right conditions of a little too much pressure or too much time, you can develop water blisters on the head and they are a major BITCH.

I have experienced these blisters and am gun shy about staying in a cylinder once I have packed it. So I prefer to stage up to the next size cylinder upon packing the first.

gprent is obviously right saying that hanging is better than pumping for lenght.

But speaking only about my personal experience I got ( and still get ) good gains from stretching.

Also, I pump since April and now I am 0.5” longer in the tube( and also NBP ). So for me the combination pump and stretching works very well also for lenght.

I bought a 9”x2” last February , and now I hit the 8” mark in the tube. Do you think it is already better planning to buy a 10” tube even if I have the apparently impression that I will never touch the top of my 9”cylinder?
I use a LA Pump tube and it needs a long time to receive their products.

Your cock doesn’t know if it is in a 9” cylinder or a 20” cylinder. Stick with the 9 incher.

Thank you gprent, I am just iffy about the hanging thing, it cuts of blood flow and I’m very interested in rock hard erections. Does hanging help blood flow like manual PE exercises do as well? I would go with the bib hanger, although the vachanger looks more promising and makes more sense to me. I do have a 7’ base girth, however I saw another guy on here claiming the same thing and his pics looked like double mine, I don’t cheat at all with the tape measure though so I’m kinda confused.

Anyone have a response? Thanks again.

If hanging is done properly it shouldn’t interfere with rock hard erections. Specifically with the vac-hanger, there isn’t a cutoff in blood flow, but it does have much more of a weight limitation than a standard hanger like the Bib. Either way, length most likely won’t be as easy for you with such a large girth. Generally, guys with thinner penises have an easier time with length. My base girth was naturally about 6.5 and length has been near impossible for me to gain. I guess what I’m saying is you will most likely need to hang for a chance at length gains, and you will most likely need to progress to heavy weights as well. This being my opinion, I would opt for a Bib unless you want to buy 2 hangers. Remember, this is just my opinion.

Thanks man, I’m trying to find the thing that a member invented here, its a blue contraption that you can stretch AND hang with. I’ve searched for it but couldn’t run across it again, do you know what device I’m referring to? If so, please show me the link. I’m working my ass off for length and yeah its just not happening, hanging and the better stretcher will be the better chance of success I think. My starting girth was a little over 6, now 7, so I know what your talking about. How much length have you increased?

Maybe .5 inches over 4 years, and it all came within the first 6 months or so…not very impressive!
