Brass Pump Gauge Repair

Brass Pump Gauge Repair

Dropped by pump this mornin after my session and now the gauge is stuck at 15Hg. The pump still works fine, but the gauge is way off. Not that I really need the gauge all that much anymore, I still like to use it for benchmarks. Have any of you ever repaired a gauge? Don’t care to spend cash on a new one when it works just fine other than a faulty reading.

Starting stats: 7.5" BPEL x 6.2" MEG

Current Stats BPEL: 8.2" [NBPEL: 7.6"] EG: 6.8" - Goal: 9x7 and beyond

My Progress Thread/Log

If it still starts to register when you pump then it’s probably just the needle that got knocked of zero.

You might be able to pop the cover off and move it back.

Isn’t the reading the sole purpose of the gauge? If the reading is faulty, the gauge is entirely useless.

It is probably just slightly stuck and perhaps a little tapping might release it. If not, you can carefully pop off the clear plastic cover and give the needle a little nudge that will hopefully get the job done.

The primary goal of PE should be to make your penis as healthy as possible in both form and function. If you do that, increased size will follow.

Thanks for the suggestions. I will perform the “surgery” this afternoon.

Can you confirm the McMaster part number? I think it is: Gauge 2” dial PN: 3935k52

My gauge starts at 3 Hg's

I have a vacuum gauge from a car, so I hooked it up to my pump gauge, and marked the face of the gauge with a Sharpie, so I know what the vacuum really is.

This didn’t cost anything, and I think the car vacuum gauge is more accurate. I have thought of getting an adapter, and hooking the car gauge up to my pump.

I dropped my pump and now it is better.

My pump was started at 3 Hg’s when I got it. I dropped it the other day, and now it starts a zero.

That’s how I fix tvs and computers.

Sometimes it doesn’t work.
