Seem like couple people have been making gain doing longer time
in the pump at less pressure. Thinking about changing my pumping wo out too:
100 jelq
pump at mod pressure 20-30 min with heating pad
100 jelq
couple sqeezes

I was doing

100 jelq
6-8 pump
50-10 jelq
6-8 pump
50-10 jelq
6-8 pump
50-10 jelq

Any input?

It’s always good to change things up a bit so you don’t get stuck in a rut.

If you are going to pump for 30 minutes, it is a good practice to release the pressure every 5 minutes or so for about 30 seconds. Not enough to release the vacuum seal though. Just go down to .5 to 1.0”hg and then go back up.

Using this technique, you can eventually work your way up to say 45 minutes of pumping, as long as you are using your lower pressure.

No I don’t. I kinda watch were the donut starts on me (the left side) and if it start to look like its swelling I know I’m a little high. My tube is to

big for my current girth also but having a wife, two kids and a Nanny that stays at my house during the day I a little embarrassed to order a new one. Money isn’t problem but I still kinda in the closet on this PE thing. I can see my Nanny face now who is 51 and the UPS guy arrives at my house to deliver my new pump:-) It kinda effects the freq. I can pump also. I get home before the wife run up stair, locked the door and then the 3 yr needs some juice or something and wants in. Look a jelq/squeezs day, hahaha. Anyone else know what I’m talking about?

The pump manufactures ship pretty discreetly in plain brown boxes.

Yeah, unless other people open your packages you should have nothing to worry about.

Thankfully they don’t put in big words “YOUR MEGA PENIS PUMP HAS ARRIVED!” on it anywhere.

Going back to my question though, has anyone noticed more/less
results by staying in the tub longer vs alternating between jelq and
the pump.

Example

100 jelq
6 pump
100 jelq
6 pump
100 jelq
6 pump
100 jelq

VS

100 jelq
20-30 pump (depending on time)
100 jelq

both workouts I’ve been clamping a couple set for 10 minutes.
So far I’ve went from 6.5 X 4.5 to 7 1/8 and 5 girth (not pumped).
but its taken 2 1/2 year. Guess thats nothing considering I’ve been
working out for 21 yrs with only 1 extended breaking during basic training.

Less time in the tube each set and at lower pressures, and doing jelks between in-tube times worked best for me.

I’m getting good girth gains by pumping and jelqing every other day and squeezing in the off days.
