Whats the best type and brand of pump to buy? I’m considering one just for the hell of it.What exactly do they do?

Hi Whalmak, Just as Mr. Happy said, and anyone else here who knows anything will tell you, stick with the newbie routine for at LEAST 3 months. Then you can slowly start adding more advanced exercises to your routine. However, a good thread for everything pumping is Vacuum Pumping 101.

I do not know the best pump, but high quality ones will cost you a lot, but, many people here have made their own designed by Eddh9. People who have used it say it works wonderfully. I actually plan on making one in the near future and it costs much less than a $300 pump. Ed’s Homemade pump

I’d say cheap is real.

The pump itself can be purchased much cheaper than the one’s marketed for the penis.

The cylinders can be made or purchased separately. Boston Pumps makes cylinders you can by stand-alone, without the pump. Cockpump.com is also a very good site for sizing info and cylinders (great customer service, although sometimes a little slow: it’s a small shop, but they’re good guys and make a quality product). I don’t like Kaplan’s products, personally.

But don’t undervalue the newbie routine.

Successful PE is slow and steady.

I was necessarily looking into pumps for excercises, maybe just to use every now and then to have a little fun with it before sex.

I’m with you b-7974!I have an LA pump as well and it is a good quality piece.Plus their customer service is top notch.

My LA pump recently broke. On the advice of others here, I looked in auto parts stores for brake bleeder pumps. haven’t found the exact pump LA sells, but for half their price I can get a much sturdier looking one. Not to say the LA isn’t a good pump, but it was small piece (locking washer) that broke and I’d rather not pay the shipping costs to get it fixed. (I will still try to find a fix locally.)

If I were to use a pump, im assumng I pump with an erection. What are the immediate gains and how long do they last? Im about 7.3x4.6”..what kind of girth can I except right after pumping..and can I have sex after pumping or will it be soft and spongy? Im not going to be using it for PE.
