I made most of my gains with the Penomet pump. One 15-30 minute session a day and 100 wet jelqs with piss pulls. A few weeks of clamping gave me a 3/16 girh gain and i kept 2/16. (Hard to clamp consistently because i need porn to stay hard when alone) Gained for 2 years then stalled.

Took a 2 month decon break and had tons of sex during that time. Lost nothing. Started up again same routine and gained nothing for 4 months so i switched to air pumping with a gauge. 3-5 HG. 20-30 mins session. Loved it. Put away the Penomet! Worked my way up to 1-2 30 mins sessions. I would rest a day or 2 when i got a bad PI. Stayed full and thick and long all the time. But no erect gains after 4 months.

I got the Leluv pump 2 1/4 inch tube But it sucked my junk in a little so I went down to the 2 inch tube because I wanted to even out my units taper which is working. When I started using the 2 inch tube I could only pack about an inch of it now after 30 minutes I’m packing 3 1/2 inches of the tube Without water retention. But still no EG.

I bought a vacu tech elliptical thinking that I could change the shape because I’m bigger top to bottom than I am from side to side but still no gains.

I really can’t do a whole lot more jelqs because my hands just can’t take it after around 100 reps. I bought the X4 labs extender and I can’t get that to work without extreme pain. I also have the Phallosan but can’t really get enough wearing time because my kids are always laying around on me and I don’t wear it outside the house because it pops off when sitting in the car and getting in and out. I’ve tried hanging but it is way too much work to manipulate and I don’t have the time for those sessions either.

Whats left? I wanted an 8x6 but I’d settle for 7.5 x 5.75 at this point! Im discouraged…

Do you feel any kind of fatigue the day after? Like soreness or a “glowing heat” sensation anywhere on your penis?

I for example have a slight bend and the bent side’s sponge tissue is retaredly strong and stiff. I could hang 40 pounds without feeling a stretch.

After about 5 days my dick is sore and worked, like worse than when you fuck too much. Then i take a day or 2 off. I took a decon break for 2 months before I switched to air pumping and came back slowly too. (I really noticed being really sensitive when I started back. Couldn’t do much for a month or so. ) Frustrating.

take it slowly now and either focus on manual and pumping .

Once you hit a large gain milestone like you have, gains are logarithmic. Meaning they come much slower in the future, the longer you show increases. Your gains, in 3 years are still absolutely amazing. To put it in perspective, to gain roughly an inch more in length and .6” more in girth than you have now…would take 6 more years by my experience. Literally, gains drop in rate and frequency a great deal.

You have to cut yourself some slack and lower your gains standards. Otherwise, you’ll keep amping up your routine and hit an injury. That is literally a very common pattern in the injury forum of late. Guys who have shown good gains…who amp it up to keep chasing them.

Take a decon break of a month. Read up on new techniques and schedules. Try IPR for a while. Look at theories other than what you used to gain with. As those things are likely all kinds of now outmoded, due to you having adjusted to and exhausted the methods. At least for the time being.

Rejoice, relax and regroup. Then, gain. Slower than before, more patiently, but gain.

My advice: water pump in a 1.75 elliptical. You’ll pack it so be careful with too much vacuum on the head. Warm water for 15-20 minutes everyday. Start slow because water acts so much differently than air.

In 4 months I’ve gone from 8.25 in the tube to 9.25 in the tube. I was really having a hard time gaining before this routine.

I have an elliptical vacu tech 1.75 x 2.25. What do i need to convert to water? Which way do you orient the tube? Big horizontal or vertical and why?

I would say take a break.

Your stats are similar to what I had before I stopped PE years ago because the girl I was seeing at the time wasn’t too keen on the idea for various reasons. You may also want to take the time and really ask yourself why you want a 8x6.

The 1/4” in girth is a world of a difference in terms of whether or not it’ll fit in the mouths of most women(or men). Where you’re at is probably the nice middle ground where blowjobs won’t cause serious jaw fatigue for women and you can still walk around with knowing you don’t have a small dick and are statistically larger than most. Unless of course you don’t care about getting blowjobs, in which case you can ignore me.

Im a 6 foot 260lb 50 year old bodybuilder. I want an 8 x 6 to look like it is BIG and fits my body. I only got THIS size 1 year ago and have had YEARS of shame with my old dick. Women have been good to me but i want to be able to whip it out at a piss trough and NEVER feel weak again. Even with this unit i was embarrassed last year in Missouri at a concert at a trough. Everyone was either longer or thicker and i have had enough of this shit for my lifetime. Lame but true. Ive got everything going for me but i always want more. Im competitive with myself.

260lbs :O thats crazy maybe your test cycles may be messing with your eq and your not getting max size.
