Bathmate Scam

Hi,

I got a new Bathmate upgrade late October. I have an email from them confirming this.

I was told on chat to take a break and try it again for 30 days and report back. I did this.

I went back on chat today, they said its over 60 days now so they can’t refund it, despite me being unhappy with the product (having EQ problems etc with it). I went to my doc, had blood work too, and I’m completely healthy.

What shall I do? Their phone number doesn’t work and their address I reckon is fake too.

It sounds as if you overdid the pumping mate.

Rest is an important part of any physiological practice.

Come back in a month and things should have returned to normal.

EQ is the clue.

The point is they didn’t honor their policy of a refund / 60 day money back guarantee.

Who are you trying to contact? There are a few source to buy those crappy pumps from. The main site is:

If you used Paypal to purchase the pump then file a claim through Paypal.

I used a Debit Card.

The contact the debit card company and see if they can help.

They told me to sort it out with the person I brought it from directly.

If you tell them the company fraudulently refused to honour a 60 day money back guarantee and that you think they are fraudsters, the bank might take a different view. If you report it as fraud rather than something lesser than fraud, you might have more luck.

Also report it to your local trading standards and trading standards in west yorkshire.

What do you mean a bathmate upgrade?
Many people have used this device successfully without issue (including myself). You say your eq has gone down. What else in combination of the bathmate are you doing as part of your pe? How long have been doing pe? Are you properly conditioned? Do you warm up and warm down after using the bathmate?

Although some people aren’t fans of the pump, a lot of other people are and don’t have an issue, there must be an anomaly that is causing you issues, which would have likely happened with you on any pump. (Again wondering if you’re doing to much to fast?)

Regardless of that. It is completely unprofessional and not ethical for what happened to you to have happened. Why offer a guarantee if it’s only a formality. I’m sure there is a possible solution out of this and I hope it gets resolved if you do want to go on to other ventures. Be prepared to have to describe that you were using a penis pump to some people in your efforts of a return at this point. (Hopefully that doesn’t bother you, remember they’re only strangers and you’d never have contact with them again).

That sounds like bathmate customer service to me. I would cut your losses and visit the leluv site and buy a proper pump with a gauge. You’ll thank yourself later. I own 2 bathmates and have not used either since I bought a leluv setup.

‘Your money back if you are not happy’ is a typical scam tactic. I doubt your bank will think you have been victim of a fraud, because, technically, you haven’t: 60 days have passed, and anyway they just have a debt, it’s not a fraud. The best you can do is to post your experience in any PE forum so the bathmate will offer an agreement to stop you badmouthing them. We have several bathmate threads on here, post a link to this thread in any of them. We can make an exception for cross posting in this case I think.

Shooting8, FYI the sole people who I see being happy with the bathmate are inexperienced people.
