I don’t have a Bathmate (am considering it) but I do water-pump using my Velseal. I am currently sucking out the air ‘manually’. I’m comfortable doing this because I’ve been air-pumping for years and feel I have a good sense of the vacuum (and also can tolerate more than when I started, so I don’t have to be bang on any particular reading). In any case, it occurs to me that the level of water in the tube is actually an indication of the vacuum, is it not? I start with the tube about a third filled with water, and evacuate the air until the water is at the top of the tube. Since the Velseal is already marked for length, I would you think you could calibrate to measure the actual vacuum, if so inclined.

Hello. I have my bathmate now fot 5 days. It works good. It´s well done, I had two crashes in the shower with water inside and it is still alive jaja. The thing with the pressure: for me is ok at maximum the pump can give me. I have included 15 minutes bathmate in the middle of my jelq routine and I will try to do another sesion in the morning while I´m showering. Only a problem with the pump: is big and you have to take care with your testicles. Another problem: when grown my erecction, my penis push the pump and I loose some pressure. I hope my english is ok. Regards.

Am I missing something?? It seems that this bathmate is just a penis pump integrated w/ warm bath water. I had pumped for awhile ( 5-6 months) without seeing one bit of permanent gain. Can someone please tell me that is hydro pump is way better than a regular (air + gauge) pump and why?? Please don’t mention the warm bath water. I got that part..
Thx in advance.

Getsome.

Started 7'' BPEL and about 5'' EG (around 2004) Off and on for 4-5 years.

Current 8'' BPEL and about 6.20'' EG

Goal 9'' BPEL and 6.5'' EG!! Never Quit! GetSome!

They all work on the same principle and generate the same results. As for as I am concerned, after 4 months of pumping, there are no permanent gains from pumping alone. Perhaps as part of a more comprehensive program, combining other PE techniques, it may contribute to growth. The temporary gains, however, are great for sex and for that alone I will continue and hopefully after 6 months or more there will be some gains, but I will be combining it with clamping and stretching.

I presume your EQ is very high, right? By using a pump do you notice that your flaccid is spongy, malleable ?

Spongy for about 2 hours or so and then it returns to its original condition. Flaccid length and girth may be slightly bigger than they were 4 months ago due mostly to bigger foreskin. EQ is tough to judge because I have ED due to diabetes, but pumping definitely improves sex.

That is one of the benefits of the Bathmate, and Dr. Barada (the radio interview on the Bathmate site) he even says that using a device, such as the Bathmate can help prevent ED at later stages in life.

Almost the same effect. What Bathmate does not do that Air pumps do is to discomfort your penis because of the cushion effect from the water. Also, warm water allows for greater expansion and with daily use, 20 min a day, does in most cases cause permanent results with, or without other methods. There are loads of other areas where Bathmate is superior to the traditional pump, but I wont go into any deep details here as it would just be spamming :)

And for those reading and not voting please vote as I would like Bathmate to be able to use this poll and info for his boss.

LOL I love your “Pay the Extra for a gauge for my dick” — I’ll have to use that when I go to a board meeting next week :)

Yes keep voting, the more votes the more convinced they will be.

Thank you all guys for your input, all logged, printed and filed for my presentation next week!

bump

Heres a question to ask the Tech guys at Bathmate, Agust. I’m sure they measured the range of vacuum the Bathmate produces, could you ask them what that is? For example from 1-8 in hg vacuum force? Please post the answer here, and I am going to shoot you a PM because I’m sure you haven’t seen this thread in a while.

Thanks!

I just got my bathmate used it twice so far I like the design easy to use takes a bit to get going I am going to incorporate it every night when I shower 15min a day. I have a pump and I noticed I expanded more with the bathmate it could be the water effect that makes it relax more.

Agreed.

Also bumping Sparkys question about the max pressure. No answer? You should know this. When I started using my BM I almost destroyed my dick thanks to the instructions to go full pressure for 20 minutes.

Where did you find such instructions? The instructions I have seen from the official bathmate sites is to create a suction and pump out more water now and then with a few minutes intervals. And pump for a total of 20 minutes. Never seen the instructions you describe.

I can agree with you that they are a bit optimistic. They don’t mention things like fluid build ups, discoloration or any other side effects. The instructions also say that we should pump everyday. Maybe that’s a little over the top, maybe it’s good to take a day off now and then.

Keybord: That was the instructions that came with the BM. Max pressure and 20 min per day. No instructions at all about intervals.
