I SWEAR if I lived close enough , it would be a road trip today ,, get one that works RIGHT or get my money back !!!!!!!!!

It can take some practice to get used to it.

Otherwise you may have a faulty valve. Try it on a smooth floor and see if you still have a problem.

Perhaps you’re using bad:
Fill the device of water and with the other hand blocks the escape of water from the valve.
Enter your cock a little lubricated so that it slides along the walls of the device and make sure that the base adheres to the pubis.
Take your hand from the valve and pressure do to you by draining the excess water and creating a vacuum.
Take it easy if you do not want to hurt you with the pressure at the beginning.
