Hi someone wrote to me telling I should measure my base girth and find the right cylinder size based on that. I just wanted to know exactly what base girth and cylinder size means? Is the base girth the circumference measurement of the penis and is the cylinder size the shaft of the pump of the entrance of the pump? Thanks

Base girth is the circumference of your cock measured near the base as opposed to measuring at the middle of the shaft.
A cylinder that measures 9"X2" is 9 inches long and has an inside constant diameter of 2 inches.
