Do you think there are any health or medical advantages to ballpumping, like increased bloodflow for example? Or is it just an ego/fun thing to do?

What kind of vacuum pressure would you use? The same as PE, or a very low pressure perhaps? How about time intervals or duration?

I like to pump my ballsac at low pressure (just enough to keep the seal) for at least one hour. There isn’t the same problem of donuting like one might have with pumping dick. What’s interesting with ballsac pumping is how loose and longer the sac hangs later on in the day and evening into the next day.

So it sounds like you use about 2” hg?

At least 2”hg and probably 3” hg for a sufficient and lasting seal. Once the seal is on, I can go about my business in the house, watch tv, surf Thunders, etc. and let the pump do the job.

I use a 3” Ball and Penis pump which the manufacturers say will pull the ligaments, and so increase penis length

I have found that doing this makes my balls hang higher rather than lower, which pleases me as I don’t like the idea of low-slung balls

This is because my balls have become slightly enlarged, but not unduly so, but much better appearance (to me anyway)

It won’t do that because only 5% of ejaculate originates in the testes, even without pumping them. You will get lymph fluid buildup from the pumping but you won’t ejaculate any of that out. (A closed system.) I doubt in the absence of heat that sperm production would change.

Thanks avocet! I wonder, when you see those pictures of guys pumping their balls up really huge, is the scrotum filling up with fluid, or just the balls expanding? Or maybe a little of both? It’s hard to tell just from pictures.
