About 4 months ago, my homemade gravel siphon pumping “system” developed a real annoying leak. It just wouldn’t hold a steady vacuum. I thought the problem was the pump itself (from AutoZone), but after some tests, decided it was the removable cap on top of the cylinder. So, I tucked it away in the closet, and concentrated on jelqing big time. Just before bedtime - very relaxing after a stressful day.

Well, this weekend I sealed the cap to the cylinder with silicone cement and Man what a difference. No more leaks. I pumped for about an hour last night at about 5-6” Hg, taking short breaks every 5 minutes or so, ala peforeal’s routine. And, after about 30-40 minutes, I began to pack the cylinder (2” diameter), first with a donut from my foreskin, and then with the shaft itself. So, what the hell, I continued till I pretty much packed the whole thing. It was great and real tight when I stroked the cylinder. I really enjoy the sensation of a vacuum on my penis. It’s sort of like thresholding for an extended period of time. It was cool how the vacuum seal point moved up my shaft to just below the glans, and then down again to the base. In fact, I had to maneuver the damn cylinder to get it off my penis. The visual effect was phenomenal. Even though it’s mostly lymph buildup, it still gives me a charge. Even after swimming today, I still have a nice swollen aftereffect.

As I remember from my last pumping sessions, it pays to take periodic 1-2 day breaks, and not to over do it. AND, I think the serious jelqing I did the last few months have really helped my cock get conditioned for pumping. I enjoy this work in progress and continuing PE education. MC

Its usually a matter of time and vacuum.

You want to use a time and vacuum that gives you the most expansion with the least lymph…so you have to experiment.

In general, most of the long time successful pumper Vets say stay between 3-5 in hg. Then, time wise, the longer you stay in the cylinder, the greater the tendency to cause lymph to move into the skin.

To solve that, most guys will break the total time into small sections, like 5-10 minutes at a pop. Then, come out of the tube, massage the penis for a few minutes then go back into the tube.

Massage will help move any fluid that is moving out into the skin, back into the lyphatic vessels. If you are getting fluid, when you massage you will see vein like structures and lumps appear “out of nowhere”. This means you are getting lymph fluid in the skin, and the massage is moving back into the lymph vessels. This is an indicator that you are pushing your time/vacuum a little to far. A small amount is probably ok, but you really want to minimize it.

As time goes on with little to no lymph migration, you will be able to go longer with no lymph. If you cause the lymph migration frequently, it happens easier.

I find 8 minutes at 2 in hg produces minimum lymph for me, but it also produces significantly less expansion than 3 in hg.

3 in hg at 3 sets of 8-10 minutes is about as hard as I can push it, even then by the 3rd set I am starting to get significant lymph starting to accumulate.

If I go higher than 3 in hg, I start to get a lot of capillary breakage (red spots and blotches) so for me thats my limit for now.

The trick, like I said is to find the time and vacuum that gives you the best expansion, with the least lymph accumulation.

The second consideration are the PIs. How often can you repeat it and still keep a heavy flaccid and excellent Erectile Quality (EQ).

Many pumpers find that they need to do one day on one off, that if they do more, their EQ starts to go down hill. Some can pump for hours daily and still have great EQ. You really have to observe your own responses (PI’s) and customize your workout to that.

I also like to take finger nail polish (red) and make a small mark on my cylinder to record my furthest expansion in length. Also I like to make a note of the length when I first go into the tube, before expansion.

If you are gaining, you will see your initial length slowly growing, and you will see you max size expanding.

If you find that you max size is bigger than ever, yet the next time you pump your initial size is smaller, its a good indicator of over training.

Your initial size will tell you if you had a PRODUCTIVE session the previous time.

By initial size, I mean when you first get in the tube and get a maximum erection…that will show you your BPEL fairly accurately. Always measure it at the same vacuum level, for example 3 in hg. This is one of the most accurate ways to measure your true erect size.

I could spend a couple hours at 3 in hg, get huge by the end of it, but I GUARANTEE you that when I come back for my next session, my initial size will be much smaller.

The trick is to gently stretch the penis, which will encourage growth, not traumatize it, which will cause contraction.

Two words:

Condom pumping

Condom pumping has been very effective for me in maximizing expansion without lymph/bloating.

That said, SparkyX is completely on target with his observations. Massaging or jelqing is very helpful in reducing lymph, as is watching the duration, vacuum level and frequency of your pumping session and adjusting accordingly.

For Lampwick, becoming hung like a donkey was the result of a total commitment.

Did a 1 1/2 hour penis pumping session last light, taking breaks every 10 minutes to jelq. Still got a donut, but had minimal lymph buildup on my shaft. For some reason, my glans seems to expand and then return to fairly normal size and doesn’t seem to accumulate lymph fluid. All in all, it felt good, and I wasn’t left with a monster cock, with a soft spongy outer skin. As far as gains, we’ll see after a few months or more.
