Hi there, first let me introduce myself (again) to all of you here.
I’m saen a 34 yr old man from Holland, a few years back I found out about jelqing on Thunders and I tried it for about 2 months, I did not see anything change in that time so it lost my interest a bit at that moment.
Now I’m back, I wanted to start again with some jelqing and I also bought the Hydromax x30. I never had any experience with a pump before but this one looked quite nice so I wanted to give it a try.

Well I’m in now for about one week, I try the newbie routine for jelqing, warm up 5/10 min with a rice sock, then stretch up down left right forward, jelq 50 times and then I started to use the bathmate for the first time for 5 min, then jelq 50/75 times and BM again then massage the penis after.
I go in the BM flaccid for 2.5 min then I take the pressure off and fill with warm water again and go again for 2.5 min.
I do this because I never tried a pump before and I want to get used a bit to the pressure and I was a bit careful . I don’t really know till what pressure I an go, I give it about 3 pumps and leave it.
My measurements are now: BPEL 18.5 cm (7.25) EL 17 cm (6.7) EG 14.5cm (5.7)

When I enter the BM first time I pumped to 16 and already felt a full pressure for 2.5 min, I refilled it and again 2.5 min.
Doing it this way I did not get any red dots but my penis sized up big time in girth so to see.
I do this for about a week and went up to 17 but then again I’m still a bit careful because I don’t really know what I can take, because it doesn’t have a gauge and it already feels really pumped up.
This weekend I don’t do anything.

Question:
My penis feels good when it gets hard, feels like its already a bit fuller in girth BUT what I have noticed is that my glans is a bit pale, it looks a bit more white. The side of the glans is more darker pink but in the middle its more pale, can somebody tell me if this is normal or did I do something wrong? Or do I use to much pressure? I don’t think so from what I have been reading, but to put it longer then 5/10 min in one time scares me a bit.

I know nothing about pumping, but I would suggest also posting here Pumper’s Forum .

But, is the color change of the glans lasting throughout the day? Then you probably should do with less pressure on the pump. If you’ve just started for good, many would tell you pumping is a little tough on your member as it has not been conditioned with jelqing. This is no sprint, take it slow and easy. An injured penis will not grow!

2 months jelqing and Bathmate" my results"

Passed my 2 month point, so I wanted to share my results proudly

I started at 4 December ‘12, gave myself the Bathmate hydromax X30 and started jelqing. + Multivitamin and 2x 500mg L arginine everyday

4 Dec.
EG: 14,4 cm (5.51)
NBPEL: 16,8 cm (6.61)
BPEL: 18 cm (7.0)
1 week sick flu

10 Jan
EG: 14,6 cm (5.74)
NBPEL: 17,5 cm (6.88)
BPEL: 19,4 cm (7.48)

7 Feb
EG: 15 cm (5.90)
NBPEL: 18 cm (7.08)
BPEL: 19.5cm (7.67)
Pbbs: 18,5cm (7.28) *

I’m happy with my results the only thing is that I hope I measured it correctly at the beginning. I hope I found a way to do it correctly now.
At my last result is saying * Pbbs this is just what I made up (maybe it exist under a different name) meaning Pullback ball sack
Because measuring NBPEL changes a lot of time, maybe putting the ruler to deep I found myself a tool what I do is:
I get myself erect, take the left hand and pull my sack (not balls) towards the floor. When you look at your base that’s where I put my beginning ] of the ruler, and then let go of the sack. When I do this I have the same results. BPEL is different then that. Try it yourself

Routine:

Warm up with a rice sock for about 10 min

Do some stretching 30 sec up/down/left/right, helicopters and pull out and make circular movements 10 times this stretching takes about 10 min

I start jelqing, (in the beginning less then at this moment).

Fill up the bathmate and start with 2.5 or 3 min inside, take it out helicopter/slapping and go back inside for 2.5 or 3 min

Bathmate session again 2 x 2.5 min
Jelq
Bathmate session 2 x 2.5 min

Warm down with my rice sock or stay under the shower.

I made myself some photo’s, so I can compare it later

How much do You jelq between pumping sessions? Also, do You dry or wet jelq?

Just sticked with the newbie routine, my jelqs take about 1 to 2 sec, and I do wet jelqs. Not really wet, just enough to still make a good hold/grip.
Now I try to jelq around 100/175 between BM sessions, but I most of the time feel it when I lost count :)

Have you been increasing duration of workout or this (posted above) routine is what You have done all the time in the same duration?

The stretch is the same as above
The BM sessions are still the same
The jelqs started out slow but now I can take more so now is as last message.
The whole sessions takes about one hour, from warmup till cool down

Hi guys,

Today I got my X40 just wanted to share some photo’s from the X40 compare to the X30 my former BM.
It’s really much bigger then the X30, I maxed out the X30 in lenght and in girth, but this one has enough space to grow both sides.

The girth measurement is without workout. Today I tried a session again with the X40, I hit the 20 mark just about. Wish I could stay a bit longer under full pressure, I bought the X40 because I was having pain in my corpus because of the girth expansion in the X30, but it did not change much in the X40 from what I noticed now.

I don’t understand that there are men here that stay 10 min and up in a BM under full pressure, I can’t hold it longer then 2,5 then it starts to be really uncomfortable. So I just do 2 times 2,5min then jelq and repeat it 3 times.

Thats good. The jelqs amplify the bathmate and vice versa. its much better then only using the bathmate.

So I gained again some length during these months, and that was the first intention .Till I saw I’m losing girth.
Probably I’m losing girth because I’m gaining length. Still very happy that my friend is still making progress. Just hope the measurements from the Npel is correct, because this one is easy to cheat yourself with (my opinion).

I ordered the Stealth innerwear also, looked like a nice thing to have and use between the exercise.
