Are sleeves helpful?

I’m about to purchase my first pump with gauge from Leluv’s eBay store. They have the one I need both with and without a sleeve. Is the sleeve helpful? Will it get in the way more than help?

I used a silicone sleeve with my bathmate. It kept the fluid buildup down and almost no donut. How long have you been PE ing. If you are new to it you should checkout the newbie routine first.

Girth

I got one after seeing Girthgetting using one. I have also found it keeps the fluid buildup down and no donut ( I am uncut). I am using a Mr Fantastic water pump cycling between 4- 14” Hg. I also extend and recently started doing Wantsmore fulcrum stretches before extending in the morning. I pump in the evenings. Anyway without the sleeve I was getting much more fluid build up and edemas on unusual parts of my penis including a large one on one side of my shaft half way down. I stopped extending for a week and found much less fluid build up and no edemas even without the sleeve. I then did a pump session after extending without the fulcrum stretches and still no edemas. Rethinking my routine at present. Might be best to use the sleeve on days I do Wantsmores.

Conclusion about the sleeve - It certainly reduces fluid build up but also reduces that chubby look and feel you normally get after pumping. Suspect it tilts the pumping towards length rather than girth gains.
