I’ve done it before with no issue. I used my Bathmate dry and it worked fairly well. The times I did do it, I was in my SUV - I dare not try that in my sedan. The truck has plenty of room to maneuver and sits up high enough to maintain privacy.

Having said that, I don’t think I would ever use my standard pump when driving - too many moving parts. But on a long road trip on the open highway, it could be possible with enough planning and care …

I guess with “pilot assist and adaptive cruise control” it would be a little more safe…
