Anyone else need more than 7hg

Sometimes I get upto 10 hg before I feel it. I mostly do 15 minute sessions at 5 hg it feels like it is doing nothing. Yesterday I did a 45 min session with most of it at 10 hg. It felt great but there was lots of lymph buildup behind the glands. Btw most of that is gone today

My God. 45 minutes at 10hg? Do you really want permanent ED?

Not good. From one of the more knowledgeable vets around here:

I do three 12 to 15 minute sets every work out with a massage to full erection between each set. Finish off your routine with a full erection for at least 5 minutes. You will be impressed with you flaccid size and EQ.

I have been pumping for awhile. I pump up to 10hg quickly, then drop to 5hg quickly. I pump first in hot water, then with cold. I really don’t think you should sustain 10hg for long. I only do it to get a quick stretch, then drop. I do this over and over during a session.

I have been pumping at 5 hg for a while and have been getting better results. In the past few days I have jumped up to 10 hg but I don’t plan to be doing more of it. Something in my head says more is better. But I have gained almost .25” in about three weeks while I was at 5 hg. So for me the lower pressure is working. I will say I do not feel a stretch while at 5 hg as I do with 10 hg, but 5 hg is yielding results.

At a guess I’d say your gauge isn’t accurate, I used to routinely pump at 15-25”hg. Of course I have dropped my pump once to often and the gauge doesn’t read like it did :(

Quite a few guys pumping with various models of pump report things from the tube falling off at 5”hg to feeling like their going to pop at 5”hg.
Just go easy on yourself and keep an eye out for excessive redness or bruising/dots.

Brag.

I also have pumped quite a few times at 25 hg and it had no benefits besides alot of fluid build up. I would pack the tube but it was mostly fluid. It was nice to see 7” girth but it was not all hard cock. Some people who are not used to a pump might feel discomfort at 5 hg.

I get almost no buildup unless I do something crazy. Lately I have been doing 3 15 min sets at 5hg. I have never packed this cylinder. To read guys say they pack thiers I get very little expansion even at insane pressures. I think this is a 2.25 cylinder. I am thinking on getting a 1.75 you think I will have problems fitting with my girth?

I think the diameter of the tube and the girth of your unit has an important bearing on hg tolerance. For example, I am 6” girth and 4hg is just about right for me in my 2.25” cylinder; but I need 7hg to get a similar feeling of expansion in a 2” cylinder due to the effect of packing along the whole length.

At 6.5” girth, you won’t fit into either a 1.75” or a 2.0” cylinder.

What do you mean you think you have a 2.25” cylinder? Put a ruler across the opening and measure it. If it is 2.25”, then that is the correct size for you girth. If it is 2.5”, then you might want to consider buying a 2.25”.

The primary goal of PE should be to make your penis as healthy as possible in both form and function. If you do that, increased size will follow.

It is 2.25

The opposite is true for me. If I use a bigger cylinder I need more Hg to create expansion. Smaller cylinder = less Hg. To much Hg with the small cylinder puts too much stress on the head.

I guess it depends on what your goal is, but if you want permanent growth over the long-term, you should not concern yourself with what you “feel” during a 15 minute set.

The only reasons I can see guys going to extremes with pressure is both because of ignorance and hopes of short-term gains. Neither is very smart :)

When air pumping, I usually don`t feel much during a set at 4-6 hg either, but there is definitely expansion with not much lymph build-up at all.

When pumping at 3-6gh are you staying completely hard during the 10-15 min session? Or just 100% EQ at the beginning? I want to believe that lower pressure works! I do! But it seems there is so little if any expansion with such a low pressure to incur growth. How does that work?
