If you buy that brake bleeder pump, then you have to also find a source for a male quick disconnect fitting to match the female fitting in the cylinder. So you will have 3 separate purchases to make with shipping charges for all. The pump, the cylinder and the male fitting.
The primary goal of PE should be to make your penis as healthy as possible in both form and function. If you do that, increased size will follow.
