Anybody have the "LeLuv" pumping setup from ebay?

Anybody have the "LeLuv" pumping setup from ebay?

I am looking for a relatively inexpensive pump set to recommend to pumping newbies. These LeLuv ones are around $80.00.

It looks pretty decent, but anybody able to vouch for the quality of this?

Here’s a listing:

One with a slightly different pump:

If you have any alternatives that would be great too.

I’ve had two or three cylinders from Lelove, and not a single one of them will hold vacuum when you detach the hose, like it should. Other than that, pretty good.

I’ve even complained to them, and they sent me out replacement valves, which ALSO didn’t hold vacuum when you detach the hose. Of course, the last time I bought from them was a couple years ago, so maybe they finally used up their crappy valves and have better ones.

IF you don’t need to detach the hose and hold vacuum, its a good set up (the ebay one) at a decent price.

Thanks for the reply. So there was no problem as long as you were hooked up to the pump? In other words, did you have to continually work the pump handle to keep vacuum?

I just got a pump that appears identical to the one you’re looking at. It works ok I guess. I will say based off there measurement table I ordered the 1 3/4 cylinder. And it is way to small. I would go with the next size up depending on your own measurement.

I got my setup from LeLuv. I’ve never tried disconnecting the hose, although it has come off on accident a couple times and it held the vaccuum for at least 5-10 seconds while I hooked it back on. It also holds vacuum while the pump is hooked up so I never had to work the pump handle to maintain vaccuum.

The first cylinder I got from them (a 1.5) had a ridiculous internal flange that dug into my shaft painfully. The flange was about 3 mm, and it wasn’t sharp, but it was thin enough and not rounded off enough that it was painful under expansion. Imagine putting a washer that fit well around the base of your flaccid dick, and then pumping, and having the washer dig in as you expanded to erect size girth. That’s pretty much what it was, hopefully it makes sense, and I have no idea why anybody would ever design a pump cylinder like that. So, I ended up sanding the internal flange off, and now the cylinder works great.

But before I sanded it down, I tried ordering the next size up, so I have 2 cylinders from them. This second cylinder was perfect (it was a 1.75). It has a very slight internal flange maybe 1 mm tops, and it is very smooth so there is no digging into the shaft. Unfortunately I need another +0.375” girth before I can use it.

The pump I think is cheap, but it’s made of metal, and it’s always worked, and I have nothing to compare it to. I think it’s good for the price.

So there might be some variation in their tubes. Customer support and shipping were A+. It took me a couple hours to sand down the cylinder by hand, but other than that time investment, I love the tube. And the second tube was great out of the box. For how cheap it was, and considering the internal flange I got was maybe an isolated incident, I’d recommend them.

I use a harbor freight hand pump and the LeLuv cylinder. The cylinder is the most comfortable I’ve had so far, but I also had a problem with the cylinder holding vacuum when trying to disconnect the pump. My solution was I put vitamin e oil in the adapter and forced the spring to start moving before I reattached the pump. This has worked well and I can disconnect the pump from the cylinder without any problems. This is only a temporary fix and you will have the same problem of dropping vacuum only after a few uses. I guess we could order a quick disconnect fitting from McMasters and that would solve the problem.

I have a LeLuv cylinder and it does hold a vacuum. The problem I had was with the harbor freight brass pump. The pump would not hold a vacuum after several weeks of use. I tried lubricating the internal parts with silicone oil but that didn’t help. I now use a metal mityvac pump.

Sorry, SK…didn’t notice this.

No, no vacuum leak when connected, just when I disconnect, it would not hold vacuum like it was supposed to. I just remembered I had another problem with them that my hose from a different cylinder wouldn’t lock in properly to the cylinder and would keep coming off.

Anyway, glad you guys are doing well with them, because I also like the cylinder shape and flange, very comfortable and excellent price.

Personally, I like the internal flange. I think it actually makes pumping more effective by acting like a cock ring, and allowing a harder erection under vacuum, which in my mind should increase the efficiency.

However, I am totally with you on the comfort thing…if its uncomfortable then it defeats the purpose, difficult to get really hard when you are in pain…so I’m glad you could sand it down.
