Absolute beginner: (stupid) questions

Hi, I bought a pump and I need your help to understand how to use correctly.
So here are the questions:

a) How can I reduce the vaccum using the pump? It is said - on the booklet of instructions - there is a release on the pump. But I can’t find it. My pump is the lapdist (http://www.lapdist.com/mm5/merchant…egory_Code=pump).

b) on the forum it is said to not go over 5 - at least for the newbies. The “5” you refer is the one on the external scale that goes from o to 30? (I know, it’s stupid question, but I want to be sure…)

c) If I pump and then remove the tube fittings the pressure remains the same?

a) Towards the front of the pump, near where the hose connects, on the underside (the bottom where the handles attach) there is a small pin sticking out a few millimeters. That is the pressure release valve. You just push it.

b) Yes, the numbers on the outside are the numbers referenced.

c) Close enough to say yes.

Don’t worry about a question being silly. We all started out with zero knowledge or information. It is by reading and asking questions that you will be safe and efficient in your journey.

Now that you know how to change pressure, try pulse pumping — 4 minutes at 4-5 hg then 1 minute at 1.5 - 2 hg and repeat the cycles 5 or 6 times. Improves EQ and the health of your penis and many say provides slightly more girth than static pumping.

Agreed with trip, their are no stupid questions. I can’t tell if you’re new to just pumping, or new to PE as a whole. If you’re totally new to PE, and you jump into pumping, be sure you start out REAL SLOW, and slowly progress up. Start out too fast and you injure yourself, have to wait for it to subside, and have to start the process all over again.

Combine jelqing with pumping as well :)

I can confirm this as was doing it without reading about it just occurred to me to do that way.

Thanks for all great advices guys, very appreciate. Monday I will try for the first time the pump. I think I’ll just go (slowly) to 1-2Hg for 30-40sec and then quit (always slowy and progressive) and see how it goes.

I want to take it easy, becuse I didn’t take enough serously jelq and injured myself. So slow and steady wins the race.

I have to tell you, I’m very excited about the pump. I’ll keep you updated.

Hi guys, tried the pump. Just two times. It all goes perfect.
Just have some other questions:

a) When I begin to count time I have to timing immediatly after I created a vaccum or when I reach the desired HG level? (I ask this because I need at least 2 minutes to reach 2 Hg and 2 min to pass from 2HG to none pression. So it is 4 minutes. I should count them or only the time at 2 Hg?).

b) When I enter in the tube it immediatly tarnish. Is that normal?

Pompa a 4-5HG e cronometarsi per 6-7 minuti. Sarai OK. Just pump up to 4-5 and begin you time for 6-7 minutes. You will be OK.

Thanks Tenn, but I just follwing a more easy regime on me. Expecially because this is the first week, I think I shouldn’t go to 5 HG.

Not required.

This has been the subject of some debate and speculation here.

I’ve hypothesized that there’s better ability to expand during the session if you’re not fully erect during your session.


For Lampwick, becoming hung like a donkey was the result of a total commitment.

It doesn’t matter of you’re fully erect really. The only difference is that you have to start up slower if your flaccid and work your way up to your working hg over a period of minutes.
