A new beginning for me

After several years on PE, working out inconsistently and, therefore, gaining almost nothing, I decided to start again with pumping. Why pumping? One reason is that it works, at least it works for others (when it is done with consistency). The other reason is that I can free my hands and work in my computer.

How long did it take you guys to see some results?

I am at 7” BP X 5.5”. My goal is 8” BP x 6”.

The cylinder is 1.75” diameter (inside). I usually go up to 5-7 inches of Hg, never above it. If I keep a low pressure, like 4 or 5, I can hold it for 30 minutes easily with no donut or any other effect.

I believe the combination longer time / lower pressure would be more effective for me, but haven’t yet designed my routine.

I am open to all suggestions.

Think more toward short sets, malfero, but multiples of them. 5 - 6 min each at pressure just enough to keep your cock real firm; then break from the pump and do some jelking or squeezes, a warm wrap briefly, pump again.

You’re close to your goal. Maybe put in an early application for your Thunder’s Platinum 8x6 Card? The bean counters take a heck of a long time to approve these. :)

Everyone has different approaches and they can often achieve the same result. What works for some may not work for others.
The bottom line will always be “are you gaining?” and are “are you gaining safely?” Use common sense when applying more pressure. Don’t undo all your hard work by over training. Initial gains are fairly easy to come by but maintaining that growth cycle is the real trick.

In my particular case, I gradually built my way to longer sets of 20-30 minutes and at one point in my PE was doing 3x30min spread evenly throughout the course of the day-4- 5 days per week. I even did 45-60 minute sessions on occasion. I often did sets of 20 minutes at about 10-15HG but I don’t recommend that anyone start out like this. Build your conditioning gradually. Its simply what I was able to safely adapt my body to OVER TIME! Find what works for you.

Learn to carefully monitor your body and its signals as a way of avoiding under-training or over-training. Do use reconditioning breaks that allow you to extract more benefit from your routines. Develop a personal routine by carefully and meticulously logging all your routines in order to determine what works or not. Start with the basic routines offered in Pumping 101 or the ones in the tutorial section of Thunders and expand from there. Every body responds differently and has unique trigger points for growth given the same exact stimuli so bear that in mind as you carve out your own personal routine.

Good post, supersizeit. I believe it’s easier to overtrain than people might think; I’ve had to take several breaks of up to 2 months just to get my unit back into “fightin’ shape” because I got carried away with stretching or pumping too hard. Hoping not to repeat the same mistakes and eventually arrive at a similar goal status as “on maintenance program” - that’s brilliant!

Thanks a lot, guys, for all three sincere and most valuable advice. I’ll keep every word because I know you do master the pumping technique after a long experience rewarded with substantial gains (and no damage!).

I need to be on this track seriously now. The beginning is being good, hope the rest will be better.
