A Collection Of Your Pumping Routines

I feel like the pumper’s forum needs a collection of pumping routines so that everyone can share information about the routines that works for them and the DOs and DON’Ts of pumping.

I have just started pumping about a month or so

MY ROUTINES:

5-10 Min of rice sock warm up

10 Min of jelq at 75%

10 Min of pumping at 5HG

10 Min of jelq ( erection level various )

5-10 Min of rice sock warm down ( whatever you want to call it )

I am not sure if this routine is exactly intense enough for me, since haven’t spend no less than an hour of PE since my beginner days. Any sugguestion would be welcome

PS: A process report would also be nice.

EX: 1st Month 10 min of pumping at 5HG
2nd Month 20 min of pumping at 6-7HG

Good idea, basically.

I hate talking about routines because there is never a “right” one for everybody, even for the individual to use always. I’ve changed mine countless times. But I will cooperate. Later.

Meanwhile, you guys may want to chip in.

I have to agree with avocet on this. I’ve changed my routine some 3- 4 times since starting pumping. I’ve tried 5 on 2 off, 3 on 1 off, 2 on 1 off and now I’m doning 1 on 1 off. It can be dificult to find just the right amount of R&R for one’s self. I’m now a true beliver that rest and total recovery between sessions are very important to making any signifigant gains.
A worn-out dick can never grow larger!

Anyway, here’s my ever changing routine.

5 min hot wrap

10- 15 min power jelk

15 min pump @ 3.5- 4.5 hg

5 min jelk

15 min pump @ 5 hg

5 min jelk

20 min pump @ 5 hg

No jelking, session finished.
50 min total session time.

5 min hot wrap, apply Thera-P strap
staying engorged 2- 3 hrs after.

Gains:
Starting Length: 6” BPEL
Current Length: 6 3/8” BPEL

Starting Girth: 5”
Current Girth: 5.25” (unpumped)

Months Pumping: 3 months

Note: Since starting a 1 on 1 off schedual my nocturnal and morning erections have gone thru the roof! It seems (for me anyway) the less is more theory is working great.

Do’s and don’ts:
I do use a larger cylinder than my starting tube to get even larger
during a session.

I don’t usually go over 5 hg as it causes the donut effect (sigh).

Your routine seems sound for now. You’ll know when to change
it as time passes. Your body will let you know.
Just take it slow and easy, that’s how you get there.

I’ve always it would be nice to have a routines page, even if they change from time to time. I have upped the pressure since I started pumping about 4.5 months ago so I would urge caution for others.

Here’s mine.

2 days on, 1 off.

Warmup.

10 minutes at 6-8 hg

10 minutes jelq and cable squeezes.

10 minutes 8-11 hg.

10 minutes jelq and cable squeezes.

10 minutes 8-11 hg.

I feel I’m definitely pushing myself with this routine and I do know I couldn’t carry it for 5 days straight as was the case with my earlier routine. But fluid build-up is farily minimal (basically just under the glans in the foreskin turkey neck area) and I don’t feel the stress to the point where I sense an injury could occur. I know it’s a fine line so I’m trying to be careful while still pushing my workout.

I don’t know my exact size as I’m not a measurer. My guess is around 7.25 to 7.5” BP length and 5.25 to 5.5” midshaft girth, non-pumped that is.

We can easily do that here and pin it to the Pumpers’ Forum top if there are enough responses. Pumping is different from hanging and other methods.

My 2-hour routine:

5 min Hot Wrap
10 min Pump (3-5 hg)
15 min Jelq
5 min PC Clamps (200, begin w/ long 10-sec hold and at end w/ long 20-sec hold)
10 min Pump (3-10 hg, fluctuate)
15 min Power Jelq
10 min PC Clamps (200, 2 sec-hold)
10 min Pump (3-15 hg, fluctuate)
15 min Jelq and Hold
15 min PC Clamps (100, 5 sec hold, 2 sec release)
5 min Hot Wrap w/ gradual PC squeeze until exhaustion

My current routine is 2 on 1 off, followed by 3 on, 1 off.
Day 1 — (A.M.) Stretch for 10 mins. (mainly fake-arm fulcrum stretches). Pump for 8 mins. at 5hg. Stretch for 5 mins. (as above). Pump for 7 mins. at 5hg.
— (Afternoon). Repeat, as above.
— (Evening). Stretch for 10 mins.Pump for 10 mins. at 5hg.

Day 2 —(A.M). Pump for 8 mins. at 5hg. Squeeze and jelq for 8 mins. Pump for 8 mins. at 5hg.
— (Evening). Repeat, as for A.M.

Day 3 — Rest.

Day 4 — As for day 1.

Day 5 — As for day 2.

Day 6 — As for day 1.

Day 7 — Rest.

I have worked pretty strenuously at PE over the past months, and have just now switched to this routine. Basically, gains aren’t coming (though I enjoy the activity for its own sake). This routine represents a gearing down, and I’m intrigued by the possibility that less might be more. Perhaps it might be sensible to gear down even further. Comments welcome.

Avocet is right about routines…no one routine works for everyone therefore you have to experiment and find what works for you.

I change my routine when I feel as if it is not working otherwise I stick with it and sometimes I return back to the old routine—because the key is to keep the penis confused and don’t let it get too comfortable with the routine in order to force it to adapt and coax some more growth out of it as often as possible.

Right now- my routine consists of using the Penimaster for about 4 hours and then immediately follow that with 30 -45 min in the tube while pumping as neccessary to maintain moderate discomfort and then follow that by another 4 hours of Penimaster.

Alternate days off with the above routine except for my hot shower routine which I do everyday.

Hot showers about 2 -3 times a day whereby I do 100 wet jelqs and some DLD bends each time.

Remember that these are just personalized routines that may not not work for you and may even be dangerous if you are not at the level of conditioning that is required to do them safely—so use caution and find what works for you.

In time you will gradually build to higher levels of intensity as you build your conditioning and tolerance level.

This is exactly what I’m trying to do with my new routine. I believe that my lack of girth gains in the past were simply a matter of trying to do too much too soon. My “back at it” thread is a little more in-depth, but my current routine basically goes as follows:
I started out at 5 min. pump / 50 jelq strokes X 4 sets, for one week. The next week I added 1 min. pump & 5 jelq strokes to each set. I’m now close to finishing my 3rd week, with 7 min. pump / 60 jelq strokes X 4 sets. Next week will be 8 min / 65… then I’ll add one set per week for a couple of weeks.
Another thing I’ve failed to do in the past is keep a detailed journal for PE. I’m doing so now… and I think it will make a difference. I’ll take measurements once I get to 8 min. pump / 70 jelq X 6 sets, and hold at that routine for the next month. Based on what I see during/after that month, I’ll change my routine accordingly (and hopefully with a little help from the vets here).
