7 Week Pumping

I followed avocets advice in his Pumping 101 thread. Followed his routine for 7 weeks and have seen some good results, and I’m hanging better. Would you guys suggest upping my pumping time or staying the same? I’m at 60 minutes a session. Was thinking one more week of 60 minutes then slowly progressing the time.

It sounds like you’re conditioned. Try adding 5-10 to your sets for a week and keep an eye on your pressure.

Holy crap , 60 min. At a rip !!! , do you come out of the tube fat as hell ?

What’s your detailed routine? How long do you stay in the tube before coming out to refresh? Once things settle down a bit in my life, I want to start a good pumping routine. Thanks!

My routine isn’t anything special. :) I stay in the tube 20 minutes at a time, so 3 sets 20 minutes each. When I pull out I jelq for about 3 minutes, then go back in. I still do the Newbie Routine for my jelqing, the only difference is now I take Saturday off from pumping. So this is my normal routine. 2 days on, 1 off for jelqing, pump every day except Saturday.

But here’s a detailed report Session 1:

Warm up for 5-10 minutes.
200 wet jelqs
Warm up 5 minutes. (To keep blood flowing)
200 more wet jelqs
Warm wrap, then stretch: 4 minutes each hold, I’ll be moving to 5 in a few weeks.
Cool down 5 minutes

Then I pump 20 minute sessions, 3 sets each. In between I jelq for maybe 2 minutes.
Cool down 5 minutes after pumping.

This sounds like a lot, but I’m conditioned to up to 1000 wet jelqs before pumping came in to the picture. I’ve recorded my time, 200 wet jelqs take me 10 minutes each. So my sessions usually last 2 hours. I get up around 5 am everyday anyway, boyfriend isn’t up till about 8 am. So I have all the privacy, unless my boyfriend wants to watch. Normally I don’t let him, but he’s good material to keep me semi-hard for jelqing. Oh and if you can, you should get your gf or bf if they know about your PE routine to take a bath in front of you. It’s hot as hell!

Pumping has 2 main components, pressure and time. You have given us your time component. Do you know what pressure you are using?


The primary goal of PE should be to make your penis as healthy as possible in both form and function. If you do that, increased size will follow.

I see your pumping 6 days a week , that seems like a lot ,

Is it safe to say pumping is a little more low impact ?

No, pumping can be extremely aggressive and that is one of it’s problems. Trying to resist the temptation to accelerate results by using too much pressure and causing injury. Injury just slows and even stalls results.

I do not have a gauge, I’ll just note that I do not go to the extreme with any session. I set the clock to 20 minutes and go from there. If I had to guess a pressure I would say 3-5hg, this is the pressure I had been using before my other pump broke. Until I can get another job, I’ll be using this one till then. So far its been a awesome experience.

My results have been my flaccid hang is a lot better. :)

Just your flacid hang is better ? , erect girth and length ??

Gprent, I’m sure you are right,, but its SO damn tempting !!!

Well those to. When I said good results, I meant all of the above. :) I’m not very descriptive, sorry. Mainly my flaccid hang, it’s much more noticable. :)
