I do not have a gauge, I’ll just note that I do not go to the extreme with any session. I set the clock to 20 minutes and go from there. If I had to guess a pressure I would say 3-5hg, this is the pressure I had been using before my other pump broke. Until I can get another job, I’ll be using this one till then. So far its been a awesome experience.
6hg for one hour at a time is good but you have to deflate almost down to 1hg every 20m
You don’t have to stop at all. Extreme pampers get girth well over 8 inches girth and they pump for 4 hours using this method
Start first hour at 2-4 hg then repeat up to 1hg more each one hour session.
When you hit forth hour with warm water added you will notice a big difference
If you want fast results this is good. But don’t jump on this routine too fast, you will notice sharp pains if you do this as a newbie. You should condition yourself first.
