I’m wondering what’s going on. It’s now very easy to pack my 1 3/4” tube within 30 mins. I’m currently doing 75 min sessions with 15 min sets each, along with 5 min jelks between sets. My 2” Vacutech flared tube is killing me! I must still be in that inbetween size stage cause my nuts get pulled in the tube rim making it hard to use. I can’t stay in it for long due to the pain buildup in my nuts. I’m thinking of getting a silicone sleeve from Boston Pump to solve this problem. Might should have gotten the 2” Velseal PumpToys job instead but that’s more $$$ than I wanted to spend.

Anyway, still pumping steady at 1 on 1 off…or roughly 4 days per week. My erections seem bigger now but flacid hang goes back to normal size as the day wears on. Morning wood has somewhat deminished but my flaccid size is bigger upon waking in the morning. I’m thinking I’ve hit a plateau? Has anyone else been thru this sort of thing? I thought I would be seeing myself “larger around the clock” in both length and girth by now. Do you guys think going to a 2 on 1 off schedule would help? Maybe the 1on 1off routine just isn’t effective as it use to be.

Hey ineed9: Try the old motorcycle innertube trick. Cut about 4” from a larger (1.75” diameter) tube and wrap it much like a condom on the tube end with about half of it hanging out. Then push the other 1/2 inside the tube. This will cushion the end of the tube and be a lot more comfortable. Now for the old schlong itself. It needs time to grow. One day on the the other off is not going to let it grow in my opinion. I’ve been at this for about 7 years and have found that pumping for 3-4 months about every other day at something less than 3-4 hg. for about the same time as you do yield best results. THEN take about 6 weeks off and let it grow. I just finished a 6 week off period and pumped up today and noticed over a 1/8” increase (8.25”) I have tick marks on the tube and was surprized but was noticing a fuller and longer flacid hang. Those schedules are the same.

I know gprent after I posted it that it didn’t make sense. I meant that after pumping for 3-4 months about every other day—then resting for 6 weeks or so without pumping or jelqing. I maintain that pumping continously without any breaks don’t give the tissue time to really heal and repair itself. I do think that kegels and lots of them during the rest period (6 weeks or so) is good to cement your gains. Who knows what is best, but it does work for me. Sorry for the confusion—too large of a lawn to think clearly. Steve

If you want to make it a weekly 7 day schedule, I would recommend 2 on 1 off, 3 on 1 off.

Turn your pump sessions into exercise sessions. While pumping, alternate doing kegels and milking the tube. If you haven’t been kegeling, start with sets of 20 followed by 20 1-2 second milks of the tube. Work up to 50 or more kegels in a row followed by an equal number of milks. While pumping, never just sit there doing nothing. This is the E part of PE. I think once you begin doing this, your erection strength will go thru the roof and your after pump effect will last until your next session.

I also recommend that after your last pump set you masturbate for 5-15 minutes to really cement in the pump effect and enjoy the pumped up size.

Thanks Steve, gprent101 for your thoughts and advice. Steve, that’s a good cheap idea on the bike innertube thing. I’ll look around for one as at least i’d have some padding in the tube. I’ve heard about taking a fairly long break to give the ole noodle time for recovery..probably a sound idea too. I just took 6 days off actually and my pecker was hard as 2 rocks when I came back to pumping. Like pumping, when I use to hang, my unit would seem to get worn out but after taking a break say for 1- 2 wks all would get back to normal and seem to come back larger as well. So thanks for the advice..does make sinse.

gprent101, I have seen your post on doing kegels and milking the tube during sets. I have just started doing the kegels. I also milk the tube but not as you describe. I milk it toward the end of the 15 min set to refresh the blood supply and stimulate my member, and it does work! But got a question about kegels.

I’ve read where guys kegel to bring or fill the member with more blood but when I’m erect and do kegels my unit will just deflate and go flaccid instead of filling with more blood ( this is outside of the tube), am I missing something here on kegels. I think I’m doing it correctly but maybe not. Anyway, when erect, and not in the tube, my member will jump upward as I squeeze my PC muscle and my anus will tighten as well. Is that correct or not?

If I go to a 2on 1 off or 3on 1off schedual would that hurt or help as far as recovery time is concerned? Or does it really matter? I’m thinking of taking at least 2 wks off then going full blast for about 2 mths then take about 2-3 weeks off for recovery, hopefully more growth as well…make sinse? I will do as you suggest and implement alternating kegels and milking at my next session. I know this takes time, and I’m not rushing it, just trying to learn the right and best ways to reach my goal…but arn’t we all.

I have a very similar reponse to kegeling as you. You are doing them correctly. When you do kegels in the tube, you can see your cock retract slightly with each contraction.

Thanks gprent101, glad I’m on the right track. Been doing the E-in PE as you suggest and it is working very well.
