I used Andropenis for 3/12 months and went from 7” to 7.5. But, it was extremely difficult to wear, and it is an all day and evening event. Very challening in many ways!!!!!

So, beginning in May 2010, I gave it up and started hanging with a Bib Starter. I wasn’t going to measure until the end of three months (end of July), but last Friday (July 16) my curousity got the best of me. I have been hanging for 2 1/2 months, and I broke down today and measured for the first time. I began just touching BPEL at 7.5 and after 2 1/2 months of hanging I am a hair away from BPEL 8”! I was fairly sure I had gained by just looking at it visually, but today I had to put the ruler to it. I will measure again at the end of this month which I feel confident I will be solidly at or edging slightly past 8” BPEL.

I started at 5lbs. I just went up to 15lbs today. My minimal goal is 9”, which I think will give me 8” NBEL which will look awesome. I average between 13-16 hours a week, 6-8 sets a day. I am now doing 6-7 sets a day, striving for seven sets a day.

Hanging definitely works. Be patient and diligent. I am going to get my 9”! I will keep everyone posted!

Congrats on your gains! Are you doing anything else with the hanging? Such as jelqing or wearing an ADS?

I am about to start hanging myself, and have a few questions for you if you don’t mind:

You seem plenty big enough for the standard Bib.. Any particular reason you chose the starter?

You seem to have seen success with an accelerated hanging routine, as you have added weight much faster than what most people recommend. How did you gauge this? Did you base it on soreness, or were you following someone else’s routine?

Do you take off days?

Could it be that if you used the andropenis longer you would have gained more from it ?

Congrats!! Am too stuck at 7.5 from may.. May I ask how do you do the hanging?? Iv been doing manual work but have no idea how to hang?What do you need.. How do you do it?? And what was your routine.. I’m so envious about your gains lol would love to be 8” bp..

So how long do you hang per day? Or how long does each ‘set’ last?

1. I am not sure if Andro would have kept working, I am assuming yes, but the problem is wearing it 8-9 hours a day. It becomes your life! Hard to hide when stretching at 8 1/2 ot 9”.
2. I hang BTC (Sit on a chair with my legs up and hang down between my legs).
3. I averaged about 15 hours a week (6-8 sets a day).
4. I chose the Bib Starter after reading it would be best. I am sure it will work until I reach my goals.
5. I started at 5lbs. I have probably been too aggresive. Soreness it difficult to explain. I am mainly sore (burning etc…) the last ten miniutes of set. But I can tell you that the last ten minutes of each set is tough. I am definitely ready to take it off at 18-20 minutes. There have been times I didn’t move up in weight for two weeks.

Also, I am 53 years old. My ligs may not be as strong and stretch easier at 53.

I tell everyone who ask me, “if you want both fast erect and flaccid length gains, hanging is your best friend.” It really does work.


2009: 5.8 BPEL 5.0 EG Before hanging.

2011: 7.7 BPEL 5.4 EG Hanging 1 to 2 hours a day with Bib starter (padded).

Goal : Length goal hit, cementing now. working on 6.0 EG now.

I definitely think this is correct. The next few months will be revealing!!! I am pumped about the potential to get 9 to 9.5 inches. This will give me a NBPEL at a good eight.

Big congrats on your gains tiodm69. It encourages me to push harder to reach my own goals as well. It sounds like you’re well on your way big dick island.

Are you using an ADS with this routine? I find that it helps a lot because otherwise my unit turtles and would definitely turtle if I was hanging 15 pounds for a few hours a day.

Yes at BTC!!

I also starting hanging a couple of months ago and BTC is by far the most intense for me. I also have one of Monty’s calibrated bungee cords where I can hang at different angles very easily, but during the BTC workouts I use regular weights. I’m still using the Wench for now and will move up to the BIB here in another couple of months. So far gained .25 EL doing 3 sets for 20 minutes each at night. Some days on the weekends I’ve hung for more than 2 hours total.

I saw no real EL gains during my pumping workouts over the years but I did achieve so really nice girth gains.

BTW: I do ADS with Monty’s golf weights during the day, at night after the hanging workout and every chance I get.

Pumper for a while got to the square dick 7X7 , hanging now 7-2010

I gained 3/4” in girth by clamping. I am not doing so now, but once I obtain my length, I will start clamping again hard core. I clamp with tow hose clamps at the base. Much tighter than plastic clamps. I wore them 20 minutes twice a day, but went down to once a day. It took about 1.5 - 2 years to gain 3/4”. When I start back clamping, I am going to try 3 times a day, 4-5 days a week and see what happens. I went from 4 3/4 to 5 1/2. I am hoping I will gain 1/4” in girth by hanging. If this happens, I will only need to 1/4 of an inch from clamping which will give me 6” girth. I think this is realistic.
