OK, I’m ready to go hanging but need a little direction.
Who has the best hanger and which website to order from.
Been jelquing and stretching and moderate 15 minute sessions with vacuum pump for 9 mos.
Also not sure about the routine. Should I continue what I have been doing and simply add the hanger routine?

stats: pre pe: 6”ebpx5.5”eg
current 6.7”ebpx5.7 eg.
goal: 7” ebp by mid Jan 04
satisfied w/ girth, would like to add length

This will require more time than waht you have been putting in so far. My first suggestion would be to read threads in the hangers forum. In my opinion you should at least put 10 hours per week in it,but most do 5 hours. NEVER hang for longer than 20 min. There is a lot more for you to learn but you can get more by reading the numerous posts on the forum.

It does sound like quite a challenge but I may be able do it as long as I can manage the thing while at work.

I will check the bib site suggested.


The challenge is the time and privacy. Hanging is very therapeutic and rewarding when done correctly and requires knowledge,which is learned from others in the forum and the very helpful innovator of the Bib Hanger,Bigger. I hope you decide to give it a go. We are here to help each other and there is vast knowledge just by reading the forum.


The hanging should come before the jelquing and the pumping.

Try pumping initially with 2 sets of 15 in the morning and another 2 sets of 15 again at night.

Starting: 5 BPEL x 4.5 EG on 4/19/03

Latest: 6 BPEL x 5 EG on 2/17/04

Goal: 7 BPEL x 6 EG

jelquing and pumping at night is not very easy for me due to lack of privacy
but whatever it takes to get longer I will try to do. I really do not know how much pe is enough to avoid overtraining. It sounds limitless for some guys here.
I thought one advantage to hanging is the opportuniity to hang at work.
I have a fairly easy desk job now and could handle daily hang sessions including warm ups with the hanger tucked into my pants.

Uhhh, I don’t believe you can hang at work, at least not with a Bib. You may be referring to the use of an ADS system.

Hanging has to be done in relative privacy.


it seems that I need a little more research on this.
If the bib works faster than ADS to gain length I might go ahead with it.
2o minute sessions in privacy could work for me.
Can you tell me where to review the ADS system and possibly make a recommendation?

Perhaps they are very understanding where he works?

I’ve been an idiot. Went back to the hanger sites and looked at more examples. Don’t think I will be doing this in my office unless my neighbors would like to see a PE show. Then they could pay me for the performance.

I thought at least one of the stretches could be done inside pants with a downward stretch. I’m not sure if I can do this on my schedule and with privacy problems but I could do a 1 hour session eary in the am.

I know a lot of guys spend much more time with it but it might be a good addition to my jelq and pump routine. I would like to get a maximum ligament stretch.

This looks like the way to go.

Please advise.
