Hanging Routine

I think most guys find the stress of hanging on the dick quite enough without jelquing as well. I certainly don’t do both.
As you get used to the weights, you can increase the time to 20 min sets and do 3 sets rather than 2 if you have the time. That is the usual recommendation, I think.
Personally I do 2 sets of 30 mins, checking for numbness etc.,in order to get 60 mins of hanging into about 75 mins, with setup, warmup and taking the hanger off between sets, massaging it, getting it erect between sets, and letting it get flaccid again , etc.
Guiri advised quite recently that you should NEVER do more than 20 mins at a time because of oxygen problems etc, but I had already been doing my 30 min sets for some time by then.
I have been hanging for over a year and worked up to this.
You need to ramp up the weights as you get used to them as well.
