Nasty learning curve but the benefits to hanging make it well worth it in my opinion.
If you have good self monitoring skills and are safety conscious hanging can actually be one of the safest forms of PE in that you have much more precise control of the variables involved.
Running a Massive Co-Front.
I tried hanging just to see how it feels and I only did two sessions. For the first session I was aware of the pull on my skin, so I rewrapped and I then felt a better pull on my inner parts a lot more. I’m sure as time passes and I progress with this exercise I will be able to understand more about it. For now I am staying with the newbie routine and enjoying the gains from that.
