Hi folks,

I’ve been using the bib hanger for about 10 days and have gained a whopping 1/16” in length, which, by the way, I’m tickled pink with. But although I’ve not done anything else PE wise, I’ve gained 1/4” in midshaft girth during this time.

The weird thing about this is that I have an incredibly high LOT of higher than 11:00 so my tunica wasn’t even aware I was hanging. I guess this was just a reminder to me that weird stuff can and does happen in the PE world. Okay, the race is on - will my first 8” measurement be in length or girth? LOL!

That is great!. I wish I understood the mechanism for getting girth from hanging. Since yours is at midshaft, it might simply be from inflamation.

With your LOT, you should have a hell of a ride gaining length.

I thought it might be inflammation, but I’m not sure. My tunica are obviously larger, although they weren’t affected at all (I think) by the hanging. And there’s no swelling anywhere else, like fluid retention or anything like that. We’ll see what happens.

Guiri, I’ve been hanging downward with 2 gallon jugs of water as well as straight upward. I “hang” upward by hooking the hanger to a rope and running it up over my neck and holding on to the other end to adjust tension. Upward s is a little easier on the skin on the top of my unit, but I feel no difference in my ligs, as of yet, no matter which direction I hang. And with my lot of over 11:30, I never feel a thing in the tunica.

I feel I can’t thank Bib enough for the bib hanger. It’s something I take for granted because I don’t know any other way of hanging, having never hung before, but from what I’ve read here lots of guys have had big problems up until now trying to hang weight comfortably. For you guys who have been thinking of getting one of these and haven’t done so yet, get off yer’ freakin wallet and get one! That girth gain alone was worth the price of admission for me! Just my thoughts….

With that high LOT, I recommend that you go for the lower angles as much as possible, up to total fatigue. Of course, that may be what you are already doing, switching to OTS when you are worn out BTC.

Growingup, I’ve been hanging 3 sets of 20 minutes as often as possible each night, normally 5 nights a week. Since I’m newly divorced, I plan to increase my hang time to 12 - 14 hours a week.

I’ve been wondering about this hanging angle stuff. If I hang straight up, for example, with incredible tension on my ligs but none on my tunica (as I stated earlier, I’ve found no way to affect the tunica yet) is that not as effective as hanging downward or btc at this point in my career? I ask this because downward hanging gets sort of painful, not from the hanger, but due to the fact that the skin is really stretched on the top of my wood when I hang straight down. Is it better at this time to hang down or BTC, rather than upwards, or does it really matter?

Again, I have to emphasize the fact that my ligs are like towropes and my tunica, no matter where or how hard I stretch, are always loose and floppy. I used a fish scale last night to gauge what I was pulling for 20 minute sets in my “over the neck” position and I was at 30 pounds. What a freakin’ drag for me, but quite a testament for the bib hanger, since it was very comfortable. I long for the day when I can do stretches for my tunica….

I think you might be confused about the tunica. It is the collagenous sheath that surrounds each of the chambers of the penis. Where they meet, roughly in the middle of the penis is called the septum. When flaccid, it is the tough material that you can palpate within the interior. The ligs are at the base. So when you stretch in any direction, you are putting some stress on the OUTER tunica, no matter what. When stretching up toward your chin, you are probably putting all the stress on your tunica, no matter your LOT.

This is not unusual. Most guys usually have to stretch skin first. It is commonly the first limiting factor. Also, most guys cannot start off with a true BTC hang. I had to take a month or so, each day scooting down further in my chair until I could get to a true BTC. If skin stretch is too intense, simply straighten up a little. I started out hanging SO. Maybe you are saying you cannot start SO, but rather have to start at a higher angle. That is ok. But with your LOT, you need to slowly lower that angle.

I jelq some now, but not like I used to when I started PE. I used to jelq and it was great but I got to the point after a few months where I just didn’t feel it anymore, gain-wise. I was pulling so hard I thought my arm was going to fall off. Nowadays I jelq between hang sets, but only to get the circulation going again.

One exercise I was doing was the squeeze exercise - I’m not sure what it’s called - where you get about 80 percent wood then throttle it off and squeeze the daylights out of your unit as you *carefully* bend it. Not the one where you squeeze the blood out of the head into the shaft. That just gave me red spots and no gains. But sqqueezing and bending did it for me.
But when I started hanging, I’d not been squeezing or anything for 2 weeks, and I got a girth gain right off. Weird, but by all means welcome.

And if things keep going like they are, I’ll be 8” around before I’m 8” long. Poor me.
