why doesnt it work for me?
i have been trying pe for 2 years and 8 months with zero gains. I have tried everything, short routines, long routines, jelq routines, hanging routines, shock routines, combination routines, allthefuckingroutinesunderthesun routines and nothing. My current routine of hanging + ADS seemed promising but nothing is happening. I honestly believe this works but I dont know why it doesnt work for me. With this current routine I have got a better flaccid size which is not a permanent flaccid gain, but no erect gains. The bib starter I have is superb now I have (finally) figured out the different settings it offers and I can hang for multiple sets comfortably, even dropping weight when the fatigue sets in as phat told me a long time ago, but still nothing.
Any advice would be appreciated here, as my theories and the implementation of the theories have been for nought.
