why doesnt it work for me?

i have been trying pe for 2 years and 8 months with zero gains. I have tried everything, short routines, long routines, jelq routines, hanging routines, shock routines, combination routines, allthefuckingroutinesunderthesun routines and nothing. My current routine of hanging + ADS seemed promising but nothing is happening. I honestly believe this works but I dont know why it doesnt work for me. With this current routine I have got a better flaccid size which is not a permanent flaccid gain, but no erect gains. The bib starter I have is superb now I have (finally) figured out the different settings it offers and I can hang for multiple sets comfortably, even dropping weight when the fatigue sets in as phat told me a long time ago, but still nothing.

Any advice would be appreciated here, as my theories and the implementation of the theories have been for nought.

We’re kind of in the same boat, and I’m going to watch this thread very closely. I know I’m longer and thicker than I’ve ever been, but not by much. However, I’m not losing anything either.

Just curious, at what angle does your lig come out of the pubic bone? I ask because I have a theory that those are hard gainers. Mine comes out pretty high and it’s been tough for me on length. I have gained a lot in girth, someone said, due to my early pumping. Have you tried pumping? Keep us informed.

I have taken 3 grams a day for years but have slacked off since I read your writing about it. Now it’s random. I drink 1.5 liters of water nearly every day, so my residual level of water- soluble C should be drifting downward.

Would you suppose that oil-soluble C also plays a part in ligament stretching?

call me a dumbass if you want but I cant really tell. seems to go straight down. i think.

1250mg once per day, usually in the morning. I either do PE in the morning if I have a late work start, or at night if i’m on earlys or all day on days off, so there is no common factor between the time I take it and PE activity. No fruit or juice for me.

28 pounds is the absolute most I have hung for a 20 min set. I dont go so high in weight anymore, because when hanging at max weights I have been able to increase the weight over time without gains. I feel that hanging max weights causes a strength adaption rather than increasing size, for me at least. I start at 18 pounds now and work down as fatigue sets in, and use ADS after that where possible. This is the best approach I have tried without a doubt, because of the better flaccid hang than before but still no erect gains.

are you tracking your stretch length? has that increased? are you drinking enough water? has your wife/gf noticed or said anything to the effect that you’re “different” down there? are you more vascular?

I am a free and single guy. However my right hand has not mentioned anything.

I always have been vascular. Ihave had comments on that. I think I am the opposite of how bib describes himself pre pe, he said he was not veiny and looked un developed but after he was the opposite. Which is what I look like - developed.

Have you thought about cutting the Vit C intake down? And take it as far away from your workouts as possible?

Also, do both of you use heat when hanging?

How about circulation. Any problems?

worth a try, i could cut down to 750mg, and when do you think is the best time to take it if I cant avoid taking it near pe? before or after?

For the first half of my sets, i used to use ice towards the end of all day sessions while using a stretcher but i stopped doing that for some reason. too much hassle with no results i guess.

Yeah. I’ve had bad and embarrasing erection problems I think due to a combination of smoking and huge caloric intakes when bulking up. I’m cutting down on smoking now, so that should help.

What I might suggest is trying to cut down on your blood levels of Vit C while PEing. I have no idea when the best time to take it would be, but I would think it would be better right after PE or 12 hours away from PE.

The deal is, the RDA for C is only 60mg. If you could lower to that level, you may be a little deficient with significant connective tissue damage, but you could make up for it during rest periods.

My theory is: With 750 mg of C, you are about guaranteed of immediate tissue repair. So you are almost guaranteed of the same limiting factors each time you PE. You are not getting to the subsequent limiting factors. But since C is a water soluble vitamin and not stored, you can get to a deficient state rather quickly.

Heat for the first half of each of the first half of your sets. You appear to need all the help you can get.

Please forgive me, I thought I remembered that, but lost it. Without proper (increased) circulation, you cannot see any gains which may have been made. If there is not an increase in the amount of blood, there is nothing to fill the larger space.

I have related many times the incident I had with jelqing behind my balls, the sudden electric zip to the head of my penis, and subsequent gains. My theory is, a piece of plaque broke loose and flew up my shaft, probably to lodge somewhere else. This allowed for greater blood flow, a better erection, and display of the gains made during previous work.

Phat has related a similar result doing horse squeezes. The reverse pressure and work seems to have opened up the blood bearing tissues further within his body, creating better erections and showing the gains made from hanging.

The penis is the one body part where manual angioplasty can be practiced, helping to clean out the vessels to allow for greater blood flow. Make sure you devote some time to doing this, not only on the outer penis, but also as far as possible within the body. It might really help. You might also try the horse squeezes.

It was probably suffering, but last Friday I started doing cardio (treadmill at 80% max HR) for at least 20 minutes daily, so it should be coming around.

Starting reducing soon after you brought it up - 3 weeks ago? Today, 150 mg in a multiple plus one apple and one banana. I can forego the multiple.

It’s know as ascorbyl palmitate or popularly ‘Ester-C’. I haven’t been taking it regularly, though.

You mentioned heat: I deluded myself into bad thinking ‘it’s summer and this is Texas …’ but have seen the error in that. :down:

Tex3,

Can’t say for sure but penile growth has to do a lot with DTH. Also, Saw Palmetto “ties” itself to DTH receptors in the prostate area. If I am not mistaken.
