Why am I only gaining FSL, not BPEL?
I started hanging with a BIB starter in Mai. At that time, my EBPL and BPFSL both were 7.28”. Since then, I have gained almost half an inch BPFSL, being at 7.72”. The annoying thing is, I have only gained 1/10th of an inch BPEL, most of this in the beginning. My routine is:
- Heating for 5 - 10 minutes
- Hanging 3 sets, 20 minutes each, starting at 11 lbs and decreasing the weight if necessary
- Traction wrapping for 5 - 8 hours afterwards
- Some manual pulls throughout the day
I feel that the traction wrapping, which I only started about one month ago, is helping with my gains, which have been 0.1” BPFSL the last month. My dick is now more “stretchable” than before I started hanging, but BPEL isn’t catching up. Being a very busy guy I can’t spend more time hanging, hoping to be able to make up for this with the traction wrapping.
What am I doing wrong? Any suggestions?
